Nevada skies is still broken for me, this is getting crazy.
What mod could possibly fuck with it? I've disabled everything that messes with textures and anything involving lighting.

The engine is still to blame for everything else, like the completely flaccid fights you get into because the animations look 10 years old

Nope, didn't change a thing.
So I recently reinstalled my Windows (7), and as obvious installed the latest sound card drivers. Now, sometimes New vegas crashes for me, that's fine. But when I am using my soundcard (not the one integrated in my motherboard) it creates infinite loops of a very short soundbit. That can't be removed unless I restart my computer.
Anyone had same/similar problems if so, is there a solution?
Wow, I fixed it.
All I did was a dirty manual install and that made it work. I feel dumb.

lol. This engine is notoriously twitchy about multi-GPU setups. Turn SLI off and you'll probably get 60+.

They balanced automatics by making the damage-per-bullet laughably low. They're designed to be used in Rambo mode.

Mutant Massacre counts more than just super mutants. I don't remember exactly what mobs count as mutants, though.

In case anybody hasn't seen this yet, there have been reports that Bethesda sent out emails stating that they are announcing something on January 12. Some are saying it's Skyrim for PS4 and Xbox One (which I hope to FUCK it's not), yet some are saying it could be the next Fallout.

And this is freaking ridiculous. You could easily implement downsides for most full auto weapons without sticking such artificial crap into it.

You don't need the Perk Every Level mod. You can change it in Project Nevada by using the MCM. That could be causing a conflict.
I'm also having an issue with MCM where its giving me the error every time I pause that there are 2 versions installed, that might be causing issues too but I don't know if its crashing

Your load order looks fine at first glance, but you might want to install the [URL="http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/42363/?"]Project Nevada Patches[/URL] for the DLC, EVE and WMX.
Your issue with MCM is probably because Project Nevada uses an outdated version of MCM. You've got two options: Install MCM first and Project Nevada next, while installing through FoMM Nevada detects the newer version and discards its outdated one.
Or install PN first and MCM second, the relevant files should be replaced. It worked for me last time I did the whole thing.
