Don't use placeatme - that command spawns a brand new, fresh out of the box NPC with a given base ID, meaning a new reference. The two problems with placeatme in this situation are:
* The command needs a base ID, and I gave you a reference ID (different things).
* Any and all scripts the game uses will be trying to use the original reference, not the new reference you would have just spawned (in essence breaking quite a few quests, as Doctor Li does [b]way[/b] more than give you the necessary dialogue).
What you want is "enable" (since you probably used "disable" instead of "markfordelete"), and probably "moveto". Try these, in order:

"0c019fc5".moveto player[/code]

I know it sounds really spergy but are there any mods that make characters hold the GRA katana less like a knife and more like an actual sword?

There's no mods that add weapon animations, because you can only replace them for every weapon that uses that set of animations.

imagine fallout on the new source engine when it comes out, the elaborate traps, the huge vaults possible, the sweet detail and the crazy amount of weaponry possible not to mention the ease of modibility, and VATs being not a piece of crap
i'm assuming the next source engine will probably be able to handle massive open maps which the current one can't

You can add reload animations, it's just very hard and iirc only a few people have managed it. (See the bullpup weapon pack + the AK/AR15 weapon pack)

We weren't saying we didn't like skyrim, we were just pointing out it has many more flaws and New Vegas is just a better game

well its that or sit in a wasteland where everything wants to murder you and eat your organs I personally would rather live a boring life than die in a few minutes of being out in the wastes.
I wish there was a mod for FNV which muffles all outside sound when wearing an enclosed power armor helmet or mask of any kind. One which makes badass hydraulic footstep noises when you're walking while wearing power armor too.

I don't know why they didn't do that, other people with masks on have a muffled voice and when I was going for the power armor training the BoS mentioned how the suit does the work for you and it would be natural after some training, why not include the sounds of big stompy boots and the legs walking
Speaking of armor, got tailor maid again and gave myself some shiny new shoulders and another bullet belt

The only difference that helmet makes is going black and white in the dark when I'm crouching, night vision is a great idea on paper but what I actually get with that helmet is fucking garbage and makes me see even less than I was before

I seem to have noticed no difference whatsoever from wearing mark II combat armour to wearing T-51b power armour; yet enemies wearing the same are noticeably less squishy :/
Normally I lure them across level changers with a stack of mines at the door when there's a fuckload of them, but the enemies in AWOP areas don't seem to follow through them (more specifically, the Underground) :/
