I really hope if there's another fallout on it's way that it's deadline is " it's done when it's done " so cool shit doesn't get scrapped due to time constraints and what not.
Does Mr. New Vegas ever show up in the game?
Does Mr. New Vegas ever show up in the game?
Sadly, you don't actually get to meet him in game. Only get to hear him over the radio since he's an AI after all.
I wish I could pay obsidian to make a big ol dlc mod sort of thing where they restore all their cut content.
Its the reason so few people pick Legion in New Vegas, you miss 90% of the content. [editline]18th January 2014[/editline] If I ever had the skills, I would tear down F3 and rebuild it into New Vegas, add the themes, quests and iconic buildings to where it mattered but gave them their own Vegas Feel. D.C would become a bigger Freeside/Strip and I would work around the Super Mutants with gangsters, junkies and other types. Don't know how I'd introduce the BoS from F3 to NV though.

There are quests, content and themes that would work added to NV which don't quite make sense on their own in F3.
There are quests, content and themes that would work added to NV which don't quite make sense on their own in F3.
Then why not just port over FO3 content, shove them into random locations scattered through NV, and you get the best of both worlds. It'd be like TTW, except you'd be merging the two wastelands within NV (which would be preferable imo, since NV's world is much more enjoyable to wander, and is empty as it is)
Yeah, thats what I want to do.
Sadly, you don't actually get to meet him in game. Only get to hear him over the radio since he's an AI after all.
he lies, don't listen to him, mr. new vegas has no newsman fadora
remind me again why oblivion/skyrim content was never shoved into nv?
idk, crossbows and arrows instead of spears would fit in pefectly with new vegas
herd u were talkin shit [t]http://puu.sh/6phTq.jpg[/t] I really like Mister Rough, such a damn shame he doesn't like me very much, its literally just Rex but with a different model and some beefier stats, no idea why it goes fucking beserk whenever I kill somebody that is neutral
Playing dead money, got confused and started using console a bit much. got to the elevator and cant seem to finish the objective. silly complicated dlc :(
Playing dead money, got confused and started using console a bit much. got to the elevator and cant seem to finish the objective. silly complicated dlc :(
Just use the console to skip to the next quest stage, then.
I made it myself, I could upload if needed. I'll take some more time to refine it though, because I've been playing F:NV with it for over 80 hours, and I've been modifying and adjusting it the whole time. I also love the fact that it adds dynamic shadows, though very short in range. That makes a noticeable difference though. You can see some of it in the first and third picture.
I need that ENB, it looks amazing compared to what I use atm.
god is dead [t]http://i.imgur.com/bZWFwzP.jpg[/t]
I read that as "Gob is dead" and wondered why
I read that as "Gob is dead" and wondered why
You were trying to give him a scare, maybe?
god is dead [t]http://i.imgur.com/bZWFwzP.jpg[/t]
"All you motherfuckers better watch your god damn asses because Imma bust ninety fucking caps in all of your shit ya dig?" Thus spake Zarathustra.
Gave my katana a black strip because it looked fucking badass in Elysium [t]http://puu.sh/6ppYh.jpg[/t] [t]http://puu.sh/6pq6f.jpg[/t] Never noticed how badly those shoulders clip while I'm doing that animation lol

the holograms are creepy as shit, who thought it would be a good idea to have a casino run by them?
When I watched that, I thought it was really out of place that the dude just carried around a katana, then I realized it kind of made sense because he was bizarre and sadistic.
At first I thought it was dumb that he had throwing stars, then they turned out to also be grenades and I instantly decided they where fucking awesome.
the holograms are creepy as shit, who thought it would be a good idea to have a casino run by them?
good question, I think the holograms were actual replacements for the staff that was sent to work there, but who died. like if you kill dean he gets replaced with a dean hologram. I only say that because they did have cooks and security and such but now they died and they have holograms so it wasn't meant to run permanently but just in case someone did die then the casino can still go on
He is like a South African Raiden, complete with sweet robot armor Easily my favorite part of the movie
more like the only good part of the movie
So in which order should I play the DLCs? I've noticed that Old World Blues is the wacky one and Dead Money is the horror one, but I'm still wondering which order to choose.
So in which order should I play the DLCs? Honest Hearts acts as a seemingly unrelated and standalone introduction to the DLC's plotline. Dead Money drives it home with a very deep and compelling storyline that introduces the player's personal arc to the DLC as the main plot. Old World Blues creates a cushion to relax the player after the ordeal of Dead Money, whilst connecting the previous two DLC (as well as itself) with the main plot in a narrative way, lending the player to the final DLC. Lonesome Road being the climactic, and extremely linear, ending.
