Then why not just port over FO3 content, shove them into random locations scattered through NV, and you get the best of both worlds. It'd be like TTW, except you'd be merging the two wastelands within NV (which would be preferable imo, since NV's world is much more enjoyable to wander, and is empty as it is)

Yeah, thats what I want to do.
Better New Vegas did something like that by taking Fo3 building assets and putting them around NV. Only problem is that you have to manually extract the assets from Fo3 and put them into the correct NV folders. Rather time consuming, really.
If anyone ever wants to add additional Fo3 stuff, they'd have to find a way to make the asset extraction a streamlined process.
with about 140 new posts over the last day odd, I hoped for a new fallout to have been officially teased.
unfortunately it was just another bicker over which fallout is the best.
Anybody here have TTW 2.4 installer rar file? It's downloading in 10kb/s here.
Sadly, you don't actually get to meet him in game. Only get to hear him over the radio since he's an AI after all.
Really? When is that ever mentioned?
Really? When is that ever mentioned?
Mr. House responds if you bring it up in reference to calling him a robot. So yes, Mr. New Vegas is an AI.
It would be cool if gas masks and the whole filter system from Metro were implemented. For example, as long as you have filters in your inventory, the gas mask retains its radiation resistance, but your filters are slowly removed while wearing the gas mask. Not really relevant but the watch creation made me think about it.
well the waterflask kinda works a lot like that, periodically it activates, you could just make it last till the next activation and instead of having it just buff you it could probably grab something out of the inventory
Alright, I've uploaded my ENB as requested.
Feel free to bring any criticism. Note that you'll have to set game brightness to 0, and if you have weird shit happening whenever you're near water, you'll also need to disable a thing or two in the NV water settings.
Update: a user below reported problems, try the ENB at your own risk.
Update 2: this contains additional files, tell me if it works.
Here are a few pics I just took:

Whatever happens, the Mojave Express building always looks good at night.
Finished Dead Money, managed to walk out with the 37 bars and the old man locked in the vault.
Don't forget that Lonesome Road is hard as shit. You'll be pressed for ammo and health.
[sp]And if you fast travel back to the Mojave, you're a pussy[/sp]
So in which order should I play the DLCs?
I've noticed that Old World Blues is the wacky one and Dead Money is the horror one, but I'm still wondering which order to choose.
On a personal note, I choose to play them in release order:
DM
HH (Optional, but damn that desert ranger guy was awesome)
OWB
LR
Other than that, it's really just up to you.
Make sure you play LR last, HH doesn't matter much, since it barely ties into the story with the other DLCs.
I discovered you should play the DLC's in their release order anyway, I did Old Worlds first, then Honest Hearts and Dead Money, there are bits and pieces you miss out on in Old Worlds if you don't do Dead Money first, plus it can either hint at things to come from Dead Money or just sound weird when you actually do the Dead Money story line (they'll keep talking about Big Empty as if you've not been there).

I only travel back to the mojave when I need to put away gear that I want to keep, not because I puss out of LR.
so i punched in the code for project purity after having to noclip through the door because lyons wouldnt cycle the airlock and the ending credits rolled. now i'm stuck in the airlock and the quest hasn't ended, so i can't continue on to broken steel. anyone know a fix to this?
Oh, shit. I played HH first and LR after that. Maybe that's why I understand only about 13% of what he's talking about...
I always kill elijah and take his gauss rifle as a trophy

I think something is wrong.

I set the brightness to 0 and everything. (and there seems to be a weird transparency issue in first person view when you have your gun out)

That's just the hidden "Ultraviolet Vision" goggles you activated. Good job finding the secret!

Oh wow. I'm going to investigate this immediately.
not good not good
Edit: it might simply have something to do with your own PC, you might need to adapt the ENB settings if that's the case. About that transparency issue, I've read about it on the ENB forums, but I never experienced it myself; hence it might have something to do with your specs.
Maybe I should upload the other ENB files?
Edit:
Try this, I included someone else's additional files that I used for the ENB. Also updated the above post. The enbseries.ini file included is the same one as before.

How in the hell
Not gonna lie, I was so pissed after trudging through all of Dead Money, accidentally pissing off Dean once and having to kill him (even though I never picked a single dialogue option that seemed assholish), navigating the hellhole of the suites, at the end I just got into the vault, took all the gold bars and TLC'd to the exit.

For Dean the only dialogue option that actually matters is the first one. When he tell you to sit down you do it, if you waste his time or smart mouth him he'll hold a grudge against you for the entire DLC. After you follow his command to sit down you can feel free to take every skill based dialogue option you want, just don't be an asshole to him in regular conversation and you'll be fine.
Started a new game in New Vegas, headed straight to Gun Runners, and I saw this weird light in the distance. Went over to investigate and uh

I don't remember that being there before.
I would have just figured it a weird glitch and moved on, but I almost jumped in my seat when I finished selling off my shit, turned around and saw this.

How mildly unsettling.
Are you using Better New Vegas? That'll happen sometimes with stray models from other mods not vanishing with stuff removed/moved in the former mod.

You may wish to specify which version of enb you're using, enb configs are not mutually interchangeable between versions.

ugh i have to remove better new vegas, i know thats the reason why i crash every time i go in and out of any building on the strip, also its gotten buggy

So I tried using the new files you linked.

Tried disabling bloom to fix it...

Now it just looks ugly compared to your screenshots, could be my computer like you said before since I've had issues with previous ENB's. (I'm using V.0.173 btw)
