Are there any mods that will make buying fallout 3 worth it? I've completed the game at least 15 times on the xbox over the past 4 or so years and I haven't played it in a long, long time. I've got NV on xbox (I didn't think my pc could run it, it probably could of) and I play it all the time, but I'm sick of the setting and I've discovered almost everything there is to discover.
If you can run 3, you can run Vegas. If you're absolutely sure you can run it, get the GOTY of F3 and the Ultimate Edition of NV, and get moddin'
Is FO3 Wanderers Edition good? I'm looking to play through FO3 again and I want the experience to be fresh.
About the MMM business, key word is try so don't get your hopes up.
That's fine. If you can't do it oh well.
Playing FONV and FO3 at the same time with TTW, doing Anchorage right now Dad is just following me into the sim, using him to take items into the real world later.
Did you pluck him out of Vault 112 and never go to the meeting in the Rivet City lab? I did and he'd appear every time I either left a door or fast travelled.

Nah, it's fine.
Replaying NV and is there really no faster way to recruit Cass? I have to trudge my ass all the way to the Crimson Caravan first?

You can get there easily by passing through a rock formation to the right of your approach to Sloan. Bam, fuck the deathclaws.

The Cazadors are slightly less annoying since a few well placed explosives will blow them to smithereens, they lack any real DT early on, and they're easier to sneak past as well.
I just walk north from Sloan and take the cliffs instead of the road. You're at Camp McCarran in 5 minutes, Deathclaws aren't even a problem.
going up Cazador Pass also has you passing through Bonnie Springs, where you can reliably find a trail carbine and at least one set of Metal Armor to sell/use.
going up Cazador Pass also has you passing through Bonnie Springs, where you can reliably find a trail carbine and at least one set of Metal Armor to sell/use.
Too bad I have to pour into guns instead of speech to use it properly.

I'll have to keep that in mind. Also Cazador Pass is good if you want access to a possible Fireaxe from the fiend's camp, and Chance's Knife if you're going for a melee build.
I have to hand it to you guys, those were pretty clever. No, wait, I fucked up.
Thanks Obama.
The first time I played F:NV, I managed to sneak by all the deathclaws and just go to new vegas. Needless to say, I was bafffled that you actaully should go south.
I think when everyone started the game, they attempted to go north and got stomped by cazadores I know I did.
But then we had spare cash to buy the Courier's Stash, acquired The Merc's Grenade rifle that doesn't need any skill in explosives to use, and then it's Cazagrits for dinner.
I think when everyone started the game, they attempted to go north and got stomped by cazadores I know I did.
I didn't, I was one of those stubborn idiots who didn't buy New Vegas because it didn't look enough like Fallout 3. Then I replayed the first 2 games which I hadn't done in over 10 years and decided NV looked more like them. By then I knew to head south to avoid the deathclaws and cazadors.
You actually bought the Courier's Stash? Really?
I have money to spare, why not? Besides it's mostly stuff to sell for extra bottlecaps.
caesar has such a sexy voice omfg
I have money to spare, why not? Besides it's mostly stuff to sell for extra bottlecaps.
Whoops scratch that, I remember now. A friend gifted them to me because he knew I liked Fallout.
You actually bought the Courier's Stash? Really?
You needed it for TTW 1.4.
You needed it for TTW 1.4.
I'm also pretty sure J.Sawyer's Mod requires all DLCs. [editline]6th June 2013[/editline] Also, heads up for the PnP folks: the school's coming to an end and my grades are, well, shit, so for the next two weeks or so I'm probably going to pull a Ryan and focus on studying instead of the game. Find someone to sub for me, don't want y'all to miss games because one person can't play.
Installed TTW and went to Megaton. Started to go towards Tenpenny Tower for the ghoul quest. Was it's leg crippled? I think that's a random encounter that can happen as early as Arefu.
Nope, full health.
caesar has such a sexy voice omfg
Sorry, Raul has the sexy voice to end all sexy voices. At least his voice actor does.
Does anyone have a good new vegas build? I've been working out numbers for a character that can gamble as well as pack a punch while being able to pass speech checks. Anyone wanna help me out in that department?
