Still trying to figure out how to not make the background fluff exceedingly mary sue
Ow the edge.
What is the deal with the eye?
I was kinda going for a Metal Gear-ish character that was somewhere between The Boss and Big Boss, but I guess I can remove the eyepatch.
Ow the edge.
I was trying to not make it like so. I figured the scarf would've been fitting for a stealthy character. Plus it covers an annoying neckseam.

I would imagine that a scarf, being a loose-fitting article of clothing, would be a potential source of noise as it rustles during movement, as well as being a potential catching hazard.

A scarf made in cotton or wool will not rustle much.
here's how bad fallout:new orleans would be

just put NCR on that
Also is there context for this?
Hawaii would probably be nuked because of the fleet base.
A scarf made in cotton or wool will not rustle much.
This, plus I couldn't find a way to make the lower face look decent so I figured I'll cover it instead. I experimented with removing the eyepatch and swapping eye color to blue and it...it works, sure. If only the cigarette mods had your character open their mouth as well, I could use the eyepatch + a fag in the mouth.

Also is there context for this?
I'm assuming Katrina.
the bikini islands were nuked to hell and they're actually inhabitable again because the combination of saltwater and rain washes away all the radioactivity. there
Not really. Bikini Atoll is still an uninhabitable hellhole. Yes, yes, the background radiation is all but gone, but because of the nuclear tests, anything grown on that island is so ludicrously contaminated that it's impossible to eat it.
I wouldn't call an island in the middle of Fuckville, Pacific Ocean that relies on food shipments for 100% of all food eaten there inhabitable.
It'd be nice to find a resort that survived, they wouldn't nuke Hawaii for any real reason.
There's a military base or three on those islands, so yeah, they'd send the odd ICBM or two there.
Hawaii Fallout sounds like Fallout: FarCry to me.
Which actually could be interesting if you consider that there are plenty of factions that still have working boats and subs in the Fallout universe, so there could be people trying to repopulate Hawaii. Food would be a different issue; possibly something based on the ships? Like aircraft carriers converted to massive farms using soil from the mainlands of America. I figure there could be different factions wanting to gain Hawaii for the strategic advantage of having a settled base far away from the offense.
How about Detroit Fallout?
Also is there context for this?
Katrina you dunce.
How about Detroit Fallout?
Wouldn't need to change much from real life then.
How about Detroit Fallout?
I don't understand why anyone would waste a nuke on Detroit.

A good Big Boss is an old and bored Big Boss.
I don't understand why anyone would waste a nuke on Detroit.
They didn't. That's where all the raiders came from, obviously.
Also is there context for this?
Katrina obvsly. Wouldn't even need to do anything apart from knock the sign over and paint the grass brown for modders to go in and green again.
Hawaii would probably be nuked because of the fleet base.
M-maybe in a daring attack they nuked the volcano in an attempt to not have to use multiple nukes? Hoping that it would erupt an destroy the island entirely, and render the flight very difficult with all the smoke and ashes.
"Aloha, Smoothskin." Is too good of an opportunity to pass up.
fallout radiation doesn't work like real world radiation
well the bombs they dropped were mostly salted, meaning they put trace contaminates into the bombs that would cause the process to create long-lived deadly isotopes, but the way the radiation is removed seems to follow the same paterns that it does IRL, its just in fallout radiation tends to turn you into a mutant or make things grow not die
What should I do, either leave Zion or fight the White legs?
What should I do, either leave Zion or fight the White legs?
The answer is always to do the honorable thing and fight. The white legs will just destroy a pristine area and honestly deserve to be exterminated.
What should I do, either leave Zion or fight the White legs?
Fight like a man and crush the living fuck out of the White Legs.
Seriously, it is not even that hard of a choice considering[sp] Joshua Graham is fighting on your side, and will utterly wreck every single one of them by himself if you let him. Although it does go a bit against his redemption bit.[/sp]
Also, would you literally let those moral-less band of savages be in charge of what pretty much is a non-nuked paradise?
What should I do, either leave Zion or fight the White legs?
ive always fought but i think the fight with the white-legs is inevitable no matter what ending you do, honest hearts endings are very linear
What should I do, either leave Zion or fight the White legs?
Kill all the motherfuckers. Daniel needs to wake up and realise that the world is fucked.
huh, apparently you can completely fuck up the region and kill the leaders of all the tribes (daniel, joshua, and salt-upon-wounds)
[editline]3rd February 2014[/editline]
the whole DLC was so rushed it barely made sense anyways
Kill all the motherfuckers. Daniel needs to wake up and realise that the world is fucked.
Daniel is the kind of man who would let someone get away with murdering all of his neighbors. [sp]That is exactly what happened though. [/sp] He seriously needs to grow a spine and stop taking it in the arse.
Being all innocent and pacifist in the post-apocalypse will eventually end up in getting you killed horribly along with everyone you held dear. Just look at [sp] Vault 3's original inhabitants. [/sp]

No, not the eyepatch one, it looks cool, i mean the red eye thingy. It looks he just blaze it and went to a mission

Oh, that's chem addiction. Either way I ditched the eyepatch and scarf mask. Had to keep a scarf regardless so I could hide the absolutely hideous neck seam, but idk, d'ya guys think it looks less edgy now? (I know I know, ponytails hurp durp, I don't have many hairstyles to work with here so bear with me)

Swap the fleece for actual armour, or even just a vest on over it.
Swap the fleece for actual armour, or even just a vest on over it.
I thought of getting a tac vest armor, but decided against it. I already did a playthrough that was borderline milsim pretention with tac vests, backpacks, ballistics mods, disabled auto-aim, all that jazz.
Still, thanks for the feedback. Tell ya what, I'll give it some more thought.
The hair seems a bit showy for a stealth woman.

Something like this would be best without changing it much;
[t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/5636656/500113%20-%20CV1%20-%20PPSS%20Covert%20Bullet%20Proof%20Vests%20-%20low%20res.JPG[/t]
At the moment it looks like it provides absolutely no protection and that's a bit silly.
I'll try to go take a gander around the Nexus, see if I can find any vests I could dump on top of that and not make it look terrible.
