The best I found is from a mod called "Satchels 'n stuff" A mod which seperates pieces of armour from the original armour which you can wear as accessories. One of those is the security vest.

Why did the Weapon Mod manager made it so that I cant use weapons mods at all? Also how do I install weapon mods from Nexus?

I cant find a single ESP for the mods I try to install. What the fuck am I doing wrong?

Anyone else ever bump into NV giving the following on launch: Application load error P:0000065432 'Tis been driving me nuts for a week now. If you've been having it for weeks I presume it's much worse.

Doesn't actually fix the problem, just puts it off only for it to return at a future date. It did get FNV working again but for how long? I've no idea. The problem's still there. Somewhere. Lurking. The Sierra Madre armour kinda reminds me of the HEV suit.
