And this is how you play Fallout B-) Bought this (the monitor) today for mere $8 to play it and some other old games. I know i can merge mods, but that often is really unstable imo. And i would like to know if anyone here have gotten an stable install with over 144 active esp's / esm's?
i dare you to find 144 mods that you can install togather and not cause a game-crashing conflict
i dare you to find 144 mods that you can install togather and not cause a game-crashing conflict
144 weapon mods. Done.
I wonder if they will ever make a fallout game based in another country even if its just mexico or Canada it would be interesting to see what happened there.

I mean, yeah I get that most of the themes in it are supposed to be pertinent to America, but for fuck's sake, there's an entire rest of the world out there.

One, 32 bit app, 255 address slots. Two, the base Fallout3/NV/Oblivion/Skyrim.esm plugin has to be loaded or the game cannot start.). NV, oddly, doesn't like it and has a floating "I crash now" point that varies user to user. I hit it when I hit only 80 active plugins, some users have been able to hit the engine's limit. And to think, a few months ago I nabbed a free, perfectly functional 17" Dell Trinitron to replace my old 1280x1024 CRT/footstool in my secondary place. <3 CRTs, they last sooooo long.
Finish the Brotherhood quest and join them, then when that one colonel tells you to go deal with them convince her they can be an asset Be sure not to replace the starting Brotherhood Elder either or ur boned
What colonel? Name and location?
What colonel? Name and location?
Colonel Moore, Hoover Dam Offices.
I just find it hard to see a Fallout game be so subtly wacky in something other than Americana.
Why not Britain? There's just as much to Britain that you can parody and exaggerate, I think, just not the same things as America. Last time I said this, someone said it would be boring because "1950s Britain had no culture" or something like that, which I feel is absolute ignorant horseshit. If you were really to draw a blank at only 50s British culture then expand the scope to the 40s and early 60s, but don't just say there's nothing there.
I think that a 1950s ish Britain would be an amazing setting for a fallout game. But that's all I'd really want to see; one. [editline]5th February 2014[/editline] Hell the Uk at that time was full of American culture due to the influx of American soldiers (as well as refugees)
1950s Britain was just skiffle, poverty and Morris Minors. I'd love to see a game of that. [editline]5th February 2014[/editline] The misery of post-war Britain was the inspiration for 'Eleanor Rigby'.
Colonel Moore, Hoover Dam Offices.
Found her, but she just tells me to get out of there. And I am idolized by the NCR.
Found her, but she just tells me to get out of there. And I am idolized by the NCR.
You need to get up to the point in "For The Republic, Part 2" where she sends you to deal with the Brotherhood
You need to get up to the point in "For The Republic, Part 2" where she sends you to deal with the Brotherhood
How do I get that quest?
How do I get that quest?
Finish the quests the NCR Ambassador gives you
How do I get that quest?
Go to the NCR Embassy, far south on the Strip, talk to Ambassador Crocker and complete Kings' Gambit and Things That Go Boom. [editline]5th February 2014[/editline] By the time you can deal with the BoS, the Legion will hate you. But the Legion are cunts anyway.

I want to see a Canada Fallout game. I mean, the U.S. annexed Canada so, why not?
because then there'd be a game with canadians in it gross
because then there'd be a game with canadians in it gross
Too late, GTAV has a Canadian main character. [editline]5th February 2014[/editline] Also any NHL game ever. [editline]fake editlines are cool and so are you[/editline]
i mean a canadian in california? conventional logic would assume they would melt as your standard canadian should not be exposed to temperatures above 65*F
They shall never feel a pleasant 68 degrees.

So I may or may not have fucked up my stealth character's playthrough so badly that I just gave up. Rolled a new one. I call him General Grant. The Boomer hat seems to look coolest, but there's also the Boomer cap and the Beret that I can consider plus Combat helmet. Ugh, decisions, decisions... Might give him a cigar and the All-American. Any suggestions for a good pistol that a general would have? I'm considering DM Police Pistol.

You guys have any advice for designing energy weapons? I'm having a really hard time making them for the weapon pack. The insane 50s style box laser guns and tube plasma weapons is cool, but I don't know how to really make that into "more" guns. I'm also trying to make some real gun looking weapons like the Glock 88 or Laser RCW. If you guys have any suggestion for "real" energy weapons or "50s tech", go ahead; I'd love some extra suggestions as I struggle to make something decent. :v:
I'd say the 12.7 because I think the general in lonesome road has one in his desk that or that gun which would be better since you would only need 5.56 if you give him the all american oh give him This Machine [editline]6th February 2014[/editline] cas it kills commies

As for both weapons sharing the ammo pool...sounds risky. It'd burn the ammo twice as fast. I'd rather have the pistol as a low weight carry backup and style point collector.
