Does condition effect gear being used by companions?
I think if its broke, they can't use it, but barring that; not that I know of.
My apologies, as I've stated; I'm uncomfortable working on people's requests until I am sure my HDD is fine or I finish ordering the new one. The last thing I want to do is work hours on something like that and lose it. If it is any comfort, I've worked on a shotgun pistol for a bit. Forgot to show a picture of it. Its really rough right now, sawn off guns like this typically take a few hours due to having to fix everything I rip off.
That's really cool, I always hated how the sawn off shotgun had a goofy little vertical grip instead of the more traditional type. Is it 20GA?
oi
Apparently President Tandi looks exactly like Old Lady Gibson.
That's really cool, I always hated how the sawn off shotgun had a goofy little vertical grip instead of the more traditional type. Single shotgun is 20GA.
I wish better new vegas worked. It keeps causing terrain to be floating and shit. Any idea why? I downloaded comp. patches.
I wish better new vegas worked. It keeps causing terrain to be floating and shit. Any idea why? I downloaded comp. patches.
Make sure BetterNewVegas.esm is below every other esm, that fixed it for me.

Well, fix everything apart from the occasional New Vegas oddities:

Would I be correct in assuming that AWOP requires a new game?
thanks guys, ill try it Why the fuck would reverse pickpocketing a mine cause karma loss...when I do it to a fiend or another bad person. Yea, I'm an asshole for doing it. Yea, it's evil. But I'm doing evil things to the evil people. :( [editline]22nd February 2014[/editline] fuck i have to choose between mission mojave and a better new vegas Apparently that's the problem.

Oh. My. God. I was desperate for fo3, I decided to explore my dust clotted closet. I found a box full of old games. I found the fo3 gamecase, but....it was empty. As expected. It's been empty for over 5 years. Sigh. I look through every game case I owned. Orange box, Hl2, Black Box(hl1 and others), Age of Mythology, Neverwinter nights, sim expansion packs, sim 2 expansion packs, vanilla wow, burning crusade, cod 1, cod 2, civilization, some CSI games, some Hospital games(i swear they were my mom's) No luck. Sigh. Then I took at the final game. "CSI Hard Evidence." Hmph, my mom's taste in games was always 10/10. I open it. I see the CSI disk. I almost felt a sense of defeat...then I lifted it up. Fallout 3 was staring at me. Holy shit yes. I'm going to play vanilla fallout 3. Last time I played this game was when I was 10-11 and my parents were fighting constantly and near divorce, it's all I played as I secluded myself. Garry's mod, a game my dad recently bought me wasn't as fun offline as online. So I decided to play it hours on end, do everything I can to be a good man. I was a god to the wasteland. That was over 5 years ago. Time to finally play fallout 3 again, in it vanilla form(I'm probably going to regret this very soon!). It's done installing, the wasteland needs me.
Hey guys, its been a little while. My new HDD be here soon, but my current one is still working for the time-being. I've decided instead of stopping until the new HDD gets here, that I would instead simply slow down to a pace that I could easily back up as I work on them, along with working on guns that are far less complex and easier to recreate if something happens. I haven't gotten anyone's requests done, so I apologize. Those are fairly more complex and time-consuming and I rather not lose them if something happens. But to make up for it, I have a few new guns to show and a few new ideas to discuss. Sawn-Off Light Machine Gun - Unique version of the LMG that has been tactically shortened and stripped down. Heavy WIP American Sub Machine Gun - a new tactical SMG used by tactical squads during the great war. Heavy WIP Silenced 9mm Sub Machine Gun - a silenced variant of the popular and rugged 9mm SMG with internal silencing. Heavy WIP I hope you guys like these, they're pretty rough so far but I like how they are turning out. As for the ideas I had, how does a variety of new ammos that will be completely compatible with every gun (even mods) sound? My boyfriend and I have been cooking up lots of ideas based off of real ammos, such as double slugs or buckshot 9mm rounds, various forms of energy weapon rounds such as an energy round that splits the beam into multi-shots; allowing for energy weapons to act as a shotgun based weapon.
looking great. i like lore-friendly weapons.
Why are the citizens of Shady Sands still wearing their Vault 15 jumpsuits? And why are they white?
cas he just replaced the jumpsuits of the vault 34 people with 15 and set them loose in the farm outside mcaren airport
This game is actually quiet fun still! A friend told me 10 int as a start is fucking broken, so I complied to do so! 20 STATS A LEVEL. 50 MEDICINE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE VAULT. Dear god, this is just silly.
Would I be correct in assuming that AWOP requires a new game?
Nothing needs a new game, just a cell reset. Go inside a building like Mitch's house and wait for three days, cells should be reset and modded in items and such will be loaded.

Dear god, this is just silly.
In 3 you can get 50 free skill points from books, 10 from bobbleheads, amd 26 to start with if you have a ten in the governing statistic. If you take almost perfect to raise all your stats to 9 and get all the stat bobbleheads you only have to pump 14 skillpoints per skill. Fallout 3 is really easy imo
I'm going through the pages in this thread and I have yet to see a single screenshot with some sort of anime mod or waifu model. Bravo!
The south would be a fun place for the next game. Southern hospitality, stereotypes, mountains, and amazing voice actor potential. Is the south ever mentioned?
The south would be a fun place for the next game. Southern hospitality, stereotypes, mountains, and amazing voice actor potential. Is the south ever mentioned?
I think we got enough of that in point lookout
As long as Bethesda stays away from the West, I don't care where they set their next game. Set it on the moon or something idk.
Can we get Canada already? Alaska?
I'm going through the pages in this thread and I have yet to see a single screenshot with some sort of anime mod or waifu model. Bravo!
go back about 30 pages, you missed this [t]http://static-4.nexusmods.com/15/mods/130/images/53683-3-1384351981.png[/t] [editline]23rd February 2014[/editline] also the couple anime armors that i found in my search for anime armors to new vegas, they totally fit even though they don't totally fit [editline]23rd February 2014[/editline]
The south would be a fun place for the next game. Southern hospitality, stereotypes, mountains, and amazing voice actor potential. Is the south ever mentioned?
screw the south, i got a better idea Fallout:Ohio pretty much the same as new vegas except the big battle is for columbus which all the highways in ohio intersect at, you have xenaphobic amish (with guns!) crazy mutated toledans, the new republic of cleveland, and the red legion (based off of the cinncinatti reds)
I think we got enough of that in point lookout
Maryland isn't the south tho Also, wasn't Alaska done in a dlc?
Maryland isn't the south tho Also, wasn't Alaska done in a dlc?
Operation Anchorage was just a linear section of Alaska. I'm talking full fledged game in Alaska, and Point Lookout had some southern themes tied into the game such as confederacy clothing and mutant rednecks with southern accents.
Apparently President Tandi looks exactly like Old Lady Gibson.
yea the fallout lore videos are obviously a little more half-assed with resources then one could think, using models from other mods (cars with ugly small Vikki and Vance car tires from car driving mod on the bulky corvegas, out-of-place hot-rod truck, etc.) and using character models like Old Lady Gibson for Tandi and Thomas Hildern for Aradesh. But the videos do offer nice information on faction backgrounds for those who don't really read the lore from places like the wiki, or know of it.
Come on, Denver/CO Springs would make a great location! It's even semi-canon that Denver's not a glowing slag-heap! Apparently it's infested with dogs. But still!
fallout detroit it'll be awarded for being the most true to life and realistic game ever
fallout detroit it'll be awarded for being the most true to life and realistic game ever
They could do a live action movie by just filming a day in detroit
