Christ, a tale of two wastelands takes a long time to install. I think I'm just going to spend ages exploring DC once I've got some good gear. Does anyone know if DC interiors works with TTW?
Fun Fact: One of the main developers of TTW is the modder who made DC Interiors, And he's a really nice guy too.
I HAVEN'T EVEN GOTTEN OUT OF VAULT 101 AND IT'S ALL GONE WRONG HAHAHAHAHAHA [img_thumb]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/577865572957442314/93F70F8439FCA4DE009A6F50B3148F21241BE979/[/img_thumb] [editline]9th June 2013[/editline] it keeps happening, Dad just bugs out and doesn't do anything after saying he has to leave HELP
It basically adds a shit ton of weapons to vendor and leveled lists, here's the link to it: http://happygeckosoftware.com/TA/
I can never remember, but is there a sort of armour equivalent of this? Also, are there any Fallout 3 mods that do the same sort of thing, for both weapons and armour?
BTW, The Armory is compatible with Project Nevada?
Well I started a new game to try and fix it, but Dad's now invisible and I have my HUD even though I've just been born :v: [editline]9th June 2013[/editline] Right, just put one of my fallout 3 saves in my new vegas saves folder, I'll just fuck the whole vault part.
Right, just put one of my fallout 3 saves in my new vegas saves folder, I'll just fuck the whole vault part.
Won't work. I doubt NV will even load it.
How the hell can you hate it, it's like the best hacking minigame in a game ever. It's actually challenging, requires thinking and actually resembles real hacking.
It's tedious and heavily based on luck. There are plenty of times where you actually have two valid options, and only one remaining chances. A good hacking game is the one in Deus Ex HR. The fallout hacking minigame is a badly designed clusterfuck. [editline]9th June 2013[/editline]
Get NVSkies then. The modder behind it misclicked something in the GECK and managed to set the maximum amount of guesses that show up to 1.
Is it still the case in the latest version ? I can't find anything related to it in the description. Apparently it's still there. Issue is, the nexus just doesn't want to download the data files for NVskies.
BTW, The Armory is compatible with Project Nevada?
Yes [editline]9th June 2013[/editline]
I can never remember, but is there a sort of armour equivalent of this?
The low profile armor mod
I can never remember, but is there a sort of armour equivalent of this? Also, are there any Fallout 3 mods that do the same sort of thing, for both weapons and armour?
Well, there's LPAM by the guy who did TA. Does the same thing as TA but with armor. My only real big issue with it is that the armors added in have a tendency to appear on NPCs ALOT more often than other armors. Nearly everyone was wearing Merc Bondsman Gear and Gunslinger Outfits while almost every Legionnaire was decked out in Legion Power armor. Normally making another script to add in the armors again into the leveled lists does the job. It would be sort of interesting if there was some DLC compatibility with LPAM. (Armors being added in DLC leveled lists etc)
It worked, it just didn't load any of the items. I can't be fucked with a tale of two wastelands at the moment, it's such a pain to use.
Has anyone got a link to LPAM then? I'm struggling to find one at the moment.
Has anyone got a link to LPAM then? I'm struggling to find one at the moment.
I think it comes optionally with the armory.
Has anyone got a link to LPAM then? I'm struggling to find one at the moment.
sup
I think it comes optionally with the armory.
No, it doesn't, and the guy who made LPAM has nothing to do with TA nor was it intended to be like TA. It's just supposed to be a lore friendly armor pack. We're just hosting it for him. LPAM 2.0 LPAM 2.0 Quickfix A team member of TA had a side project to do the same with with The Armory but with armors instead. Except that it was a really ambitious project for him because armor ports in general are really, really, really, really badly done and it drove him batshit trying to correct all the massive and major errors 98% of modders make implementing and rigging them. Even so called accomplished armor modders like dragbody had mistakes out the ass that required hours of fixing. So he burned out quickly. But he did release what he had done before giving up. The Armour Collection It didn't really have an official name but we were joking about calling the two projects The Armory: Reloaded and The Armoury: Re-Armored :P
God damnit, I went through the whole cycle today. I suddenly decided I wanted to play fallout, downloaded a fuck load of mods, started a new game, realised that gamebryo sucks ass, and now I don't feel like it playing anymore

No it's not, there isn't any more luck involved than any other minigame and you can ALWAYS finish it, you will never end up in a situation where you can't finish it, unless you're dumb. And even if you do, you can just quit out and restart, that login thing doesn't take that long.

Comes with many different flavours such as Easy Lockpicking, with 100% chance of picking a lock (If your skill level is high enought to even pick it) and guaranteed pick pocketing, as the name implies. I want start up another playthrough of Fallout 3, what's a good challenge to do or something like that? console lame person though, so no mods :(
Fists only. Be the man.
I want start up another playthrough of Fallout 3, what's a good challenge to do or something like that? console lame person though, so no mods :(
Do something new. I recently started an energy weapons playthrough, something I haven't done until now, and it turns out to be a blast a few hours in once your get a plasma rifle or something. Crit kills are the bee's knees. Or maybe punch everything and spam grenades, or a big guns playthrough. Get creative, experiment with gimmicks.
I decided to fuck trying to get TTW to work, and The Armory is working great in my new play through of New Vegas, so I'm actually still getting some enjoyment out of it after 444 hours of playtime!

man TTW really makes the game load up a bunch slower. It's a bitch when new Vegas crashes, as it takes like 10 minutes to get back ingame.
Do you absolutely NEED all of the New Vegas DLC for TTW to work, is there a workaround? I really want to try it, but I don't have the 30$ to buy the rest of the DLC.
you need the ultimate edition/all DLC yes
My save files for New Vegas keep corrupting. Is there any way to fix this?
My save files for New Vegas keep corrupting. Is there any way to fix this?
Maybe mods conflicting? also turn off vanilla autosave its unreliable as hell
Do all The DLC's right out of Vault 101
as long as you start with operation anchorage and then just plow through the rest that should be easy enough I.. don't know how you're going to do broken steel straight from 101 though
I rediscovered this [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/5636656/60874_313614202080505_951305053_n.jpg[/t]
So Deputy Beagle ended up dying in the Bison Steve to a group of thugs. I return to the Vikki and Vance casino to find this greeting me [thumb]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/921265044536213799/44B2DEC9E67109D731A27D28EF8767A0BA06B4D4/[/thumb] deputy beagle's ass was staring up at me as a welcome mat so I did what any normal person would do [thumb]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/921265044536215604/ABF92773F3027F8FB6309F401265657240832040/[/thumb] and ate it
