How do you even mess up a quote anyway
I forget FONV and FO3 are separate games sometimes :V
Tho I'm assuming that stat distribution works both ways.
I would recommend searching Springvale's mailboxe's for brass knuckles. Every game I start has some in one. It should help.
I spawned near a highly radiated boat. Inside a locked box was a powerfist. Fuck yes

Wtf, me quoting you broke the quote
Just delete that extra
in the middle
Dear lord, a Jackhammer shotgun deals 1600+ damage per shot.
My M249 deals over 400 damage per shot, too. What the hell are these damage values.
What mod did I download that does this, I don't even have any damage multiplier mods yet.

I dunno, good question.
I always hate it when mods have characters refer to the player as 'Courier Six'
How would the regular joe even know about that nickname for its context? It was something Ulysses made up, why would anyone else be using the same name to refer to you by? Even then, the average inhabitant of the Mojave isn't even aware of the courier's accomplishments in the Divide to use that pseudonym for you to begin with.

It isn't really a nickname. It's just that he was the sixth courier on the list to deliver House's packages, but when he saw your name as seventh on the list he insisted that you are 'Courier Six'. At best people should refer to you as Courier, but even then only if you tell them you're a courier.
I always found it so magical how many excuses writers could make for having people not actually say your name.
Butcher Pete part 2 is amazing.

That's the thing - why would they even call you courier six specifically? The only people who know about House's gambit with the courier deliveries and the numbering system that followed was House himself (Who never uses 'Courier Six' to nickname you.), Ulysses, the six couriers (One of which is found dead, the other four unknown.) and Johnson Nash, who never uses that nickname at any point either.
It just seems that mod logic is 'Courier is called Courier Six in Lonesome Road, therefore that's his/her default name no matter what.'

it's just an easy way to have voiced companions refer to you by name
i think its a lot more effective to just leave the name out of it completely but w/e
Man, fallout 3 is still pretty damned fun.
There's only 59 quest total?
That's kind of disappointing, tho there's still 163 locations.
I suppose it's still a lot of content, but damn. I feel like I've done a lot.
Unsure how many quest are still left, but I've done quiet a few.

Niner managed to do this right, with him asking you your name then asking you if people called you by something else to which you replay "Courier Six" and he starts calling you Six.

I skip most of the storyline due to Moira Brown eventually making you go to [sp]Rivet City[/sp] so there's no point to putting up with [sp]Three-Dog's[/sp] boring quest unless [sp]you want a better radio signal.[/sp]

[sp]Why would you not want that, though? What else would you listen to, Enclave radio? That one violin station from that one quest?[/sp]

[sp]CONELRAD?[/sp]
Is there a mod that add new running animation?
Particularly how I strafe forward or backward?

there are so many invisible walls too so you better get that mod that removes them
Has ANYONE made a mod for FO3 that makes the damn hairstyles less glossy? It looks like they just slapped on an entire jar of hairgel in vanilla and I don't want custom hairstyles for this character, the vanilla ones are enough.
I can't find a single retexture of the vanilla hairs...I wonder if NV has one and if it could work in FO3. Can anyone help me out here?

Theoretically it should work since they use the same texture paths anyway.

Oh fuck, I've yet to do that! That explains the shit signal.
I went straight to tranquiliity lane after a while.
I don't like how in fallout 3 if you manage to circumvent the GNR quest you can't do it later on to still get a better signal, the quest gets locked and you can never give it a shot again.

You can still exploit some things to get the mission done but you need to noclip through the jefferson memorial's door to do it and it will fuck up Three Dog's dialogue tree. I did that on my second playthrough of the game, it's not that much of an issue all things considered since you will basically never see three dog again after the mission is done (you can go back to see him, but why would you).

what are you talking about the violin radio is fucking amazing

Yes you can? You just get directions to an old military cache instead of info about your Dad
lol it sounds like a helicopter
I'm fairly certain the Vertibird is a helicopter?
