[/QUOTE] They're similar enough that you could bring magic to the wasteland by simply creating a weapon and giving it the same magic effects. The magic system remains 100% intact, and in fact, is heavily used anyway for things like on-hit effects of weapons and stat effects from apparel and injuries. It's even still called a spell in the GECK. So yeah. Putting horses into Fallout would have been absolutely trivial. The engine supported it before they started. I'm assuming you've either never done that or somehow went too far east to miss it, since it's sort of in the way and right smack in the middle of the damn road.

Vault 29, it would probably be like that one episode in Futurama where a group of kids wore Mad Max styled armor. In terms of safety, Vault 21 is literally the only vault that survived as of right now.
I'd live in Vault 8 or Vault 21, they were complete successes, both are also located in cities but New Vegas.

Is there any way to fix the sliding glitch in New Vegas? Any time I stop moving it's like my character is on ice and slides for another 5 feet.

I'd say Vault 8, one of the few to be well off and the residents get to live outside with the protection and use of all the tech from their vault.

Sucks vault 24 and 100 were cut from fo3/nv would have loved to see them. Vaults are fucking interesting, but there's not that many in both games.
I would have loved to see some more of the control vaults (that haven't opened yet). At first, I was under the impression that experimenting with vaults would be something that would happen to maybe a dozen or so. It seems like there are so many fuckups, the people with the best chances are those who stayed on the surface.
Vault 112 would be fun if the administrator isn't a psychopath
In "The Armory 2.5", what does the sound tickbox on the installation do? (I think it said something about "showing the sound potential of the mod")

I installed both Weapon Mod Expanded (WMX) and Weapon Retexture Project (WRP) so I installed the compatibility patch that comes with WMX but suddenly my texture for the .357 revolver is not loading correctly I tried overwriting the files of WRP on top of WMX or the patch's files but it's still not working [t]http://i.imgur.com/eWNk789.jpg[/t] Anyone got an idea what's wrong?

I just hope Fallout 4 has nicer animations, more abilities. better bodies and a decent story. Fallout 3's choices were lame and so was the 2 endings. New Vegas has one of my favorite stories because of the choices. Please Bethesda, don't fuck us
