In Skyrim if your sneak skill is high enough you can shoot an enemy in the face with a bow from 5 feet away and they'll forget it happened before they reach you.
Pfft, my Sneak Skill is 100 and because of this I melee everything. [editline]12th March 2014[/editline]
I just want to be able to fix up a car and drive it around like in FO2.
I want to be able to climb ladders.
What we need is a Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 remake mod with a vast landscape.
What we need is a Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 remake mod with a vast landscape.
I would say this is stupid, but Fallout in ARMA 2 or 3 sounds like it could be really funny.
Wasteland 2 is a thing. Although it's more like Fallout Tactics.
Makes sense. The outpost is apparently clogged to the brink with traders and caravaneers, so it's not too ridiculous for one or two of them to have set up shop during the lockdown. I'll probably have three or so dotted around that specialize in specific things.
I actually did it oh wow: [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/MTOLe6.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/uHYsY0.jpg[/t] Complete with voice acting and lip sync. Still need to sort their merchant inventories out, and place them somewhere sensible.
Wasteland 2 is a thing. Although it's more like Fallout Tactics.
Wasteland 2 is not like the two modern Fallout games. I'd be interested in seeing a remake of the first two like F:NV. Anyway, speaking of original Fallout, I just picked it up again and I got to Shady Sands for the first time. How do I interact with people?
Right click?
Time to repost this AGAIN. :v:
Does that have some sort of mod it depends on or something? I installed it as best I could given the instructions and it just crashes my game on load every time.
I try. I'm contemplating expanding it into more than just NPCs - maybe add some new services and buildings without completely remodeling the place. Tent for the caravaneers, doctor's office etc. I'm more than open to any suggestions again :v:
Somewhere to park, I'd say. My main gripe with the Mojave Outpost right now is finding somewhere to put my camper where NPCs don't constantly bump into it and risk glitching it into the fourth dimension., or worse, nudging it enough that it rolls all the way back down the hill. I'd also like to see an ammo vendor up there. The game has for some reason concentrated all of the good ammo vendors, especially those carrying .308, to the northeast sector. There's nobody in the south selling .308 in a useable quantity, and I figure the main NCR outpost in the region is the best place to place such a vendor.
I just want to be able to fix up a car and drive it around like in FO2.
Someone else did the fixing up bit, but they're driveable. I'm using a third party camper van that's, annoyingly, been hidden on the Nexus with the quote "It's in the repair shop".
Does that have some sort of mod it depends on or something? I installed it as best I could given the instructions and it just crashes my game on load every time.
NPC Project requires the NPC Project .esm and any of the available plugins for it. (Freeside, Bitter Springs, Aerotech etc.) Freeside is the latest version of the master file. Make sure both the master file and NPC Project - Freeside.esp is working. Also, if you're using a freeside open mod, tough beans - you can't have that and NPC Project.

Right now I've got the master file as the last ESM and the plugin as the first plugin in my list.
Also, if you're using a freeside open mod, tough beans - you can't have that and NPC Project.
I tried that once and it made Freeside a 5FPS nightmare :v:

Mods further down the list will override any changes other mods make to things the main mod changes.

Man, I wish I had the memory on my drive to keep FO:NV with all the mods I shoehorned into it. Sadly I had to uninstall NV and delete all the mods that were hiding around in the NMM files to make room so I could have more than one big game and a few 300-500 MB games installed. Pretty old, I got it to look a lot better way as time went on.
Try making them the last master file/plugin respectively. Changing nothing from yesterday, just for giggles, I fired the game up. It loaded in. Dammit Vegas, why you make me try to diagnose a mod problem that isn't there?!

I'll try and keep his stock somewhat balanced considering the Mojave Outpost is still early game. I remember AWOP made a big mistake of putting an entire ammo store right next to goodsprings and it just seemed really awkward.
Oh hey, I've decided to play New Vegas again for the fourth time. I got all the recommended mods from the first post, should b gud (sexy veronica mod of the year) Any other ideas for good, immersive mods ? hope i don't get bored of the game again

I remember AWOP made a big mistake of putting an entire ammo store right next to goodsprings and it just seemed really awkward.
Obsidian balanced the Gun Runners store by tying its stock to level ranges. Perhaps you could do the same? Early on he's just selling junk-tier varmint rifles and the like, by late game he's carrying 50mg by the truckload?
Ok I lied, THIS is the last image for now: [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/OB4nv1.jpg[/t] Arms Merchant is almost up and running.
I like how everytime I visit the outpost I flirt with the guy at the front. That guy is a whore, I've flirted with a super mutant and a ghoul model before
I remember that my friend was gonna edit music for the Casinos, but he mixed up the sound file and when he walked in one of them he heard the "Quack like a Duck" song :v:

Does anyone know of a way to mod the stealth suit ai voice thing onto another armor?
Does anyone know of a way to mod the stealth suit ai voice thing onto another armor?
id just like to know if there is a way to make it not gobble up my stimpacks
id just like to know if there is a way to make it not gobble up my stimpacks
Can you edit it in the GECK to administer stimpacks at lower level percentages?
id just like to know if there is a way to make it not gobble up my stimpacks
In game? Convert them all to auto-inject? That is a major issue with the sneaky suit and I imagine why few players use the thing. You could also fire up ye olde GECK and dig that script up. Somewhere in there you'll find the pesky variable. Set it to like 5% or something.
Playing Fallout, clearing out the Skulz with Tycho and Ian, when I kill the last Skul and exit combat, Tycho yells "YOU THINK YOU'RE ABOVE THE LAW" and shoots me for having my gun out.
Just bought new vegas since I had a really great time with FO3 when it first came out and I've been meaning to get NV for quite a while now. Just wondering though, since Bethesda is god awful with animations and the reload animations in FO3 were some of the worst I'd ever seen in a AAA game, are there any mods that giver better animations in NV?
Obligatory Animated Prostitution joke. Anyway WAR is something I always use.
