I am on W8, and it is the W7 fix, should I get a W8 fix? Because I REALLY do NOT want to feel like a complete idiot for wasting $10 on this, JUST so I could meet the Outcasts.
Honestly I don't really know much beyond the fact that you need a fix because I don't personally own the game, so someone else is gonna have to answer.
Lackluster, you say ? Wiping out a legion hit squad with a single shot never gets old.
whoa, i've never seen this perk now im tempted to make an energy weapons playthrough. The fact it works with sneak crits is amazing.

i never considered an energy weapons run because most of the energy weapons didn't feel as cool but then i found the holorifle and saw its damage potential
only energy weapons worthwhile are the plasma rifle and the laser gatling gun.
It is really awkward to go in there with a nude mod on.
i wonder if there's a nude mod that is not an anatomy wreck like type3 [editline]19th March 2014[/editline] the homemade plasma rifle from PN is super rad
only energy weapons worthwhile are the plasma rifle and the laser gatling gun.
Holorifle would like to have a word with you, son.
i've not played dead money
i've yet to play dead money to see why people fascinate about the holorifle
Dead Money will trick you into thinking that the Holorifle sucks by giving it to you in poor condition and with shitty ammo, but once it's upgraded and fixed up, it's the finest weapon around.
is there a way to make the plasma rifle less slow in project neveda
I had to remove PN because it was broken for some reason along with XRE. Those were some of my favorite mods :(
It is really awkward to go in there with a nude mod on.
nude mods make multiple events in TES/FO games scary as shit The guy in his underwear running from underwear wearing raiders? Now it's scarier than 20 deathclaws. The group of Shegorath worshippers in oblivion who are all in underwear? Now they all are nude. Memorize a person and take all their shit? Now they run away nude.

Not to mention doc mitchell's house, he is asking you questions while you sit there with your dick hanging out on his sofa.
So, I just got a 780. What graphics mods do I get besides NMC's Texture Pack?
Oh, hey, the enhanced first person camera got un-hidden. And updated. I see 'holstered' arms in one of the screenshots now!
i wonder if there's a nude mod that not an anatomy wreck like type3 [editline]19th March 2014[/editline] the homemade plasma rifle from PN is super rad
The type 3 isn't an 'anatomy wreck'. It's closer than the vanilla body, matter of fact. Sure it's a bit stylized and not a perfect replica but it's closer than what Bethesda gave us. It's also the least "wrecked" nude body on the Nexus for females. That's it. You've found the nude replacer you're looking for already. The others all take proportion modification to the silly extremes. Torpedo tits, fucking ripped roidmonsters with D-cups, tits so large their owner never needs an airbag in a car crash, you name it. Besides, Fallout isn't exactly a realistic game. A few liberties here and there with the female form pale in comparison to shooting giant, mutated lizards in the face with laser guns. It's not exactly a milsim.
The type 3 female bodies always looked really frail to me. Also it kind of bothers me that the most biggest armor pack on the Nexus is designed for type 3 only and the creator staunchly refuses to make versions for vanilla bodies.
While I do agree that the Type 3 body looks kinda frail, I also don't particularly care much. As I said it's not a realistic game so I don't mind it one bit. It also rather nicely contrasts the roidhead males that Bethesda/most male body meshes give us. Oh, and you can use Type 3 armors on vanilla body just fine. When the armor is equipped it will change to the type 3 shape. I've done it before on accident when my body replacer just sort of stopped working for no reason, or when I've somehow ended up with an armor that didn't actually use Type 3 but some variant of it. So long as that armor isn't rigged for bouncies it should work just fine anyway.
Spice of Life really doesn't look too bad, even if it's Type 3 only.
type3 armor on vanilla body is acceptable (providing that it's not exposing bit where the vanilla body is textured with underwear) I actually preferred the type3 combat armor and stealth suit mesh to the vanilla one because it feels more of a snug fit to the female body
whoa, i've never seen this perk now im tempted to make an energy weapons playthrough. The fact it works with sneak crits is amazing.
Just be careful not to kill yourself with it.
Whats the best melee weapon build?
I can't say much on what the best build is, as I haven't really tried it, but Gehenna with poison applied to it and the Pyromaniac perk can wreck shit, so Survival for poison and Explosives for Pyromaniac would be nice. Probably wouldn't tag into them though.

....so my game has decided to be an unredeemable ballsack. I'm trying to do We Will All Go Together and I'm at the bit where I need to talk to the non-feral ghoulified trooper. I'm in his house. I try to leave through either door? Game crash. I coc to goodsprings, fast travel back and try to hoof it to his door from the outside? Game crashes as soon as I hit the rad field. I coc to Searchlight? Game crashes. I kill the ghoul? Game still crashes when I leave his house. I try to leave without saying a word to him? Game crashes. Fuck you too FNV. Fuck you too.
focus on high STR and END (about 7 each) high AGI and LUK can help too
I mean what to put for my SPECIAL stats.
Strength is easy to boost, you can get +2 from doing OWB, buffout is +2, another +1 from the implants in the NV Clinic, power armour give +1 or 2 but it's heavy armour, so you're slower. And ALCOHOL, the best thing for strength booting gives +1 to 3 depending on your survival skill, wasteland tequila gives +2 to a huge +6 also depending on survival, so Cass is a good companion to have as a melee character. Other than that, agility and endurance is good, because you need to get into range without dying, so speed and more HP is handy. [editline]19th March 2014[/editline]
focus on high STR and END (about 7 each) high LUK also helps. the others should be around 5
You can make melee builds with a starting strength of 5 or lower, really, as long as you have lots of drugs :v:
ah well I tend to not use chems, just sell them. don't want tons of items clogging my inventory
