I can try and find it on F3underground (or whatever its called nowdays) since I'm a member there.
Edit: Found it, uploading to different sites right now!

oh god it's just hit me that Bethesda will probably reference that arrow in the knee bullshit in Fo4 for their obligatory attempt to be down with the kids
I agree with everything except this. Sure, not much of a practical benefit but more of a benefit to immersion. And really, there's an easy fix to the problem you mention (if we're both thinking of stuff like the regulators/Talon coming after you in FO3); just delay the attack itself.
This was my logic as well. As it is you can pause the entire universe by engaging any random dipshit who offers it in conversation. It'd be more immersive if time didn't stop, NPCs behind you scurried about on their business, ETC, and it'd open up getting interrupted by other NPCs through actions as well.
My biggest problem with Gamebryo, or atleast the FO3/NV branch, is that it's outdoor lighting is horrible.
The Lucky 38's penthouse suffers so badly in terms of atmosphere because of this.
I personally just hate how the guns handle. There's always a little delay when firing, and the animations are always played so weird. (Minigun animating playing until you stop firing, anyone?)
All I need is for the characters to not have gigantihuge hands
seriously, I don't of anyone other than Andre the Giant who can wrap their entire hand around the grip and barrel of a hunting shotgun with room to spare
also this could just be me, but I think gun damage shouldn't be affected by your skill level, your skill with a gun should affect reload speed, aiming, accuracy, recoil etc. Bullets don't just magically do more damage because you're more experienced with guns.

There's a smallhands mod for females but I haven't seen one for males. Someone should get on that.

I'm on board with this, too. I always thought it absurd. Maybe the logic is that a more skilled marksman is more likely to actually hit a vital organ? I don't know for sure but I'm with you on this one. Barrel condition(A worn barrel lets gases blow past the bullet, reducing its speed), ammo condition(Stale powder doesn't push as hard), and perhaps luck should be what plays into damage, not firearms skill.
Medical skill should slightly contribute to your crit chance because of your knowledge of vital organs.
A slight contribution, yes, though having a high Medicine should have a direct impact on your performance with small 1-hand knives for that reason. You wouldn't need to stab away three thousand times if you knew precisely where in the body to stick the kitchen knife to get the job done in just one or two, after all. Or perhaps it could be a perk for high-med characters?
Wasteland Surgeon --> When wielding a 1hand knife, such as the common kitchen knife, damage is boosted by 50% due to your extensive knowledge of the body's various organs.
This week in fallout pnp oh wait there wasn't one because I'm a fuckup with shit internet

Don't forget EAGLE being possibly drunk somewhere and not even showing up.

And also Eagle is absent despite it being him who wanted the reschedule, and Tom is already half asleep.

So there is a mod for Fallout 3 that changes the levelling to make it more versatile.
It looks pretty sweet.

There is no such thing as a sun in Gamebryo.
When I see how well the red engine can render open worlds, I wish bethesda would actually pull their hands out of their ass and start working on a good looking game.
Like really, if an unpaid amateur could come up with ENB, why can't bethesda ?
Although I'd imagine most ENBs wouldn't exactly run very well on consoles. Atleast, the current gen ones anyway.

Much appreciate it.
Also, armors work well in NV with TTW (maybe also work without TTW, I don't know).

The delay is weird, but not that bad once you get used to it.

or most PCs for that matter
ok, so darnui is giving me something when i open the menu which says it was detected in the hud but not in the start menu. any ideas?
Whoever decided that it would be a good idea to give all the low level enemies in New Vegas an infinite supply of dynamite, and then make them grenade happy needs to be slapped.
What's worse is that they throw them in a magical fucking arc so that it always airbursts right next to your goddamn head, so they are more or less impossible to dodge.
I actually kind of miss the puny, super small explosion radius grenades had in Fallout 3.

Never got hit by a grenade to any sort of dangerous level in New Vegas. Every time you see someone pulle out a stick of dynamite, just open the VATS and spam his weapon. You usually have a 50/50 chance of hitting the stick of dynamite and instantly killing him and everyone around.
It's kind of bizarre how up to Primm you keep fighting powder gangers with access to dynamite but afterwards you never fight anyone with explosives ever again.
Powder gangs are the only people who give you a chance at playing explosives character I think. There's no reason to side with 'em either, they don't provide you with enough things to outweigh killing them for it.
or most PCs for that matter
Or eyeballs. I've checked out the majority of the top rated ENBs and not a single of them looks any better than just running Fellout.
Got kicked out of The Lucky 38 for winning too much.
Screw you sore losers. I'll make my own casino, with blackjack and hookers.
Started playing Fo1 yesterday, does lower than average luck do anything?
Yeah. You can fuck up so badly you drop your magazine right out of your gun, or have your gun explode in your face and damage you. All sorts of maladies like that. Critical Failures they're called, and Luck controls them. If you have no luck they're gonna be very common.
What if you're using Jinxed and have a luck of 10?

MillEnb looks pretty good. Some people might not like the saturation boost though.

Also I hate it when people on the nexus take screenshots of their mods on the lowest setting possible. Can't they just boost the texture size to large for just a couple of screenshots?
So I found out about This mod, and its pretty cool. It expands the game world past the Mohave Outpost and adds a fairly large area to explore, with some good loot. Word of warning though, expect to find Deathclaws and Cazadores, and also something much worse.
