15Hrs in with TTW and I haven't found that many bugs. No more people staking in Rivet City, no missing meshes... Feels like almost TTW is finished. There's still enclave guys bug, though.
I still remember my first time playing fallout 3, walking out of the vault and going the opposite direction of the megaton sign because fuck directions, and walking straight into an enclave soldier for some ungodly reason. Needless to say, I ran out of 10mm ammo quickly and resorted to slowly--over the course of many deaths-- beating the enclave member to death with a baseball bat. Bethbryo!
Bash in the heads of all Enclave. They deserve death.

I can't even fathom what kind of glitch with anatomy and rigging would cause something like that.
It's like a human-cazador hybrid.
Am I lucky that I pretty much never have weird glitches like that?
But glitches are half the fun!
How could you not love this game?
I'd think I'm in danger as well if that happened to my hands.
honestly, some of the glitches in this game really freak me out.
Am I lucky that I pretty much never have weird glitches like that?
I usually just get CtDs, mods simply not loading and quests not advancing.
Weirdest glitch I ever had was when I was bored and decided to beat Yes Man to death and you know how he says "That's it!Make me take my medicine!" or something when you hit him? Well, for whatever god awful reason that line in particular started looping again and again and again... "MAKEMEMEDICINETAKEMEDIMETHATSITTAKEMEDICINETHATSITME"
Why are the companions in TTW so sassy. I walk over an object and my companion flips shit. "HEY WATCH IT". [editline]16th April 2014[/editline] Silly TTW, [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10790421/dxtory/FalloutNV%202014-04-16%2014-29-16-429.png[/t] [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10790421/dxtory/FalloutNV%202014-04-16%2014-29-24-761.png[/t]
Conscription?
My question is how on earth did a bunch of junkie raiders manage to kill the Enclave soldiers in order to acquire their weapons and armour? Unless of course something else killed them and the raiders just looted the corpses.
My question is how on earth did a bunch of junkie raiders manage to kill the Enclave soldiers in order to acquire their weapons and armour?
My question is how on earth did a bunch of junkie raiders manage to kill the Enclave soldiers in order to acquire their weapons and armour? Unless of course something else killed them and the raiders just looted the corpses.
Strength of Capital Wasteland raiders is pretty much their numbers. Even if you've got power armour, if you're not careful you might end up tapped to death due to the sheer number of them fighting you at once.
TTW Operation Anchorage worked 100% flawlessly, not one crash or bug. Zeta...not so much. First off theres a BIG problem with the aliens. Basically the gist of it is that the Wild Wasteland alien encounter in New Vegas works fine, but the Zeta aliens are different in such a way that they cause the game to crash because of some sort of directory shenanigans. If anyone is planning on doing Zeta in TTW, I recommend doing this fix: Open the Zeta - Main bsa in your Fallout 3 directory, and find skeleton.nif in meshes/creatures/aliens. You may need some sort of bsa extractor, I used BSA Browser. Copy that over to your main New Vegas data folder, and when you launch the game click Load Loose Files at the bottom left corner. That should let you play Zeta. Otherwise, aside from a few missing props here and there it's working okay except for a CTD when trying to enter the cryo core. I've searched for about an hour and I haven't found a fix for this, luckily there's two locations inside the Cryo Core you can use the coc teleport commands with. DLC05CryoCore02 works to teleport to without crashing instantly, I'm not sure if theres some sort of props/script/whatever near the entrance that causes the CTD or not but thats how far I've gotten. I'm afraid for The Pitt, though. That shit was unplayable at the best of times. Also this little wimp who is always afraid is stuck with this face which kind of destroys his character in a hilarious way. Oh well.
I'm afraid for The Pitt, though. That shit was unplayable at the best of times.
Aahhh.. I remember it like it was yesterday. Back when I was unfortunate enough to be playing Fallout 3 on console, I was on my merry way collecting ingots in the steel yard. Must have gotten half of them in total.. Then I fell through a catwalk, died, and lost my progress. Good times
My Fallout3 is looking good as fuck. [t]http://i.imgur.com/ySHdcwL.png[/t] Also I forced it to use more than 2gb, so it never crashes now.
How do I do that Kata?
How do I do that Kata?
The never crashing or making it look sexy?
Both.

How do I install Vurt's flora overhaul with TTW? Or otherwise how do I make my game much more forested in TTW.
does that work for new vegas?
does that work for new vegas?
Yes. Works for every single .exe file ever. Just back it up in case I'm wrong.
