Holy shit, theres like... absolutely no ammo in Fallout 3 Where can I buy some .44 magnum in abundance, lincolns repeater and blackhawk are hungry

Ammo is really hard to find in F3. I barely have enough to feed my Chinese AK.

A lot of these might not fit with the theme you're going for, and most of them are probably newer than the time frame you're looking for as well, but I wanted to give you a fair amount so that you could throw some out and still have a reasonable amount left. If anyone has any complaints they would probably be appreciated.

5.56 is hella easy to find in TTW thanks to the super mutants. But for some reason, none of the Super Mutants ever arm their assault rifles, so they all just come chasing after me with their bare fists as I pummel them with my stores of .308 and my hunting rifle. I don't quite get the glitch, but considering their bullet-sponge-ness; I'm okay with it while I'm exploring D.C. looking for dear ol' daddy.

I always thought if they were to put an Elvis song in the game, it should be "Return to Sender" (other than Viva Las Vegas). It fits right in with the unrequited love theme of the other songs on the radio.
