FO3s interiors and buildings were godly compared to FNV imo Mainly because it there were far more traps and shit to watch out for than in NV [editline]31st May 2014[/editline]
http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55777/? The depravity of the Nexus knows no bounds.

Conflicts: - GooGoo Bars
FUCK
Human Dam
u wot
Reminds me of Madness Combat a little.

Human Dam
u wot
"We shall see how brave you are when nailed to the walls of Hoover Dam, your body facing west so you may watch your world die."
This seems to fit the bill, Fellout does it too but it also removes the orange tinge of the game.
Thank you, I'll try Nights are Darker.
u wot
There was no dam before the battle.
Just go to Vernon Square and you'll get the ranger radio beacon. [editline]31st May 2014[/editline] Or go to Underworld and talk to Riley, actually. Forgot about that, mainly because fuck Underworld. Literally the worst settlement in the game, and not even because it's a ghoul town; because it's so shittily designed.
The settlements were one of the worst designs map wise about Fallout 3. They were spread so thin and aside from Rivet city and Megaton, none of them even had any of the essentials like a basic shop. It really discourages exploration in northern sections of the map when theres not a single town nearby to re-equip.

[editline]31st May 2014[/editline] Also, Rivet City's map design makes me bleed from every single orifice.
Keep in mind there are no essential characters in Underworld, making it one of the few towns you can wipe out with your bare hands. You Gotta Shoot Em' in the Head is a great quest, too. The loot is a bit of a disappointment but it's still pretty cool. Like that treasure quest in Broken Hills.
Also, Rivet City's map design makes me bleed from every single orifice.
This so much. I don't get why the settlement layouts are so goddamn shit in Fallout 3. Even Megaton was hard to navigate at first. It didn't get much better in new Vegas though. They were navigable, but having to travel through several gates and loading screens just to get through New Vegas when honestly it could have been one big map is really shitty. And now that I am playing Skyrim again I can say with certainty that Bethesda's settlement layouts are all fucking atrocities.

Bruma and Leyawiin were okay, but most of them were a huge pain to navigate, especially Imperial City. Fuck going through those districts.
u wot
Yeah man, looking over that now I dunno what I was thinking when I typed that.
Apparently Vegas had to be split up because of console limitations.
Freeside too.
Freeside too.
That's what I had in mind when I said Vegas. I find it weird that the Strip and its immediately adjacent neighbourhood are considered two separate settlements.
That's what I had in mind when I said Vegas. I find it weird that the Strip and its immediately adjacent neighbourhood are considered two separate settlements.
Freeside and The Strip were always going to be separate from each other. The Strip was meant to be one big area without the gates. I think there is an E3 video where it is still one big area, could be wrong though.
Freeside too.

Freeside and The Strip were always going to be separate from each other. I totally get there being a functional separation between Freeside and Vegas in the form of that gate the Securitrons guard. However, when I referred to "Vegas", I was referring to both the Strip and Freeside because I lump them together in my mind.

That's why I used The Strip Open. Freeside though is kinda cool that it's split in two.

The fucking vegas strip is a disappointment. The concept art/e3 made it attractive to people as it showed a big bustling city in the middle of a nuclear wasteland New Vegas. It was the first place I went when I got the game. And then it turns out its a fucking small ass place with few buildings and separated into 3 zones. Fuck that.
Reminds me of Hengsha in DXHR. Cutscene: "Whoa, look at this massive bustling city! Holy shit!" Actual Game: "Nah, it's just a tad bigger than Hong Kong in the original Deus Ex. What, you think level sizes would improve in 11 years?"
honestly i think it looks reeeeeeeeally ugly
