Are some mods really that vital? Which mods are almost required for NV?
That radio never fucking works. Ever. Nearly no signal areas.
i got them to airdrop me supplies once
never actually found the supplies
THAT ALSO EXPLAINS MY PERFORMANCE ISSUES IN MY HEAVILY MODDED NEW VEGAS

probably because they wouldn't have planes or helicopters.
oh fuck ive never done that thanks for the tip
Yeah, it's probably all fucked up with dust. The odds are it can't evacuate heat because the air fins are blocked up, and instead traps heat because of the dust. It's like a mini carpet for the heatsink. Until I cleaned mine out, it wouldn't ever cool down correctly, it'd just build up heat until eventually it'd reach 110c and cut out.
Is there any way to get companions to move in Fallout 1?
Ian boxed me in a corner and I can't get out.

Hey guys, I'm having the stupid no menu bug with TTW, any tips on how to fix it? I've modded before, just never tried TTW until now. I did a fresh install of both FO3 and FNV, no other mods besides TTW.
Here are my specs if it helps
Asus Gryphon mATX mobo
Intel i5 4670k @ 3.9ghz
2x GTX 760 2gb (SLI)
8gb RAM 1600mhz
250gb SSD (OS and game are installed here)
250gb HDD for music and movies and shiz
850w PSU
Thanks in advance :D

It represents the NCR itself. Broken.
IF that doesent work, then try fnvedit and see if it gives any errors.

Do you mean I should make a merged patch? Or just check the masters in FNVEdit?
Check all the esm/esps and just see if the log says there are any errors.
Ohhhh gotcha I forgot it runs the report automatically before you can edit anything. Sorry I'm at work right now so I'm remembering all this from like a few months back, haven't modded in a while haha. Thanks for the help, I'll do this when I get home and see what comes up.

Here'e the fatal error message i recieved:
[00:02] Background Loader: [DeadMoney.esm] Warning: File contains duplicated top level group: GRUP Top "CHAL"
[00:02] Background Loader: Fatal: <Exception: FormID [010103B4] in file DeadMoney.esm refers to master file DeadMoney.esm which has not been assigned a global load order>
[00:06] Background Loader: finished
What should I do?
When i search for that error people say its a load-order error.
"Then I realized that for some reason BOSS had relocated the DLC .esm files fairly low on the load order (for .esm files) I moved all the DLC content back up to right behind FalloutNV.esm, and everything worked perfectly."
From http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/395167-please-god-help-me-figure-out-why-my-game-wont-work/
So it might be your load-order.
I had my FO3 esm right below the FNV esm. Fixed it to where it was below the FNV DLCs as well, but I'm still not getting a main menu. Ran FNVEdit again after I amended the load order and got no errors. Here's my current load order.

I forgot how fun Fallout 3 was when you ignore the story and just wander
Fallout 3 had shit writing but great atmosphere.
It's not a true Bethesda game if doesn't have a random bug or a random crash. Just started playing OWB and god damn, 6 crashes already. All random
Fallout 3 had shit writing but great atmosphere.
Yeah, you felt so limited somehow. I really wanted to join the enclave and experience it in their point of view. But no matter the choice you were always forced to join the BoS
Then i am not sure..
But you could try running the steps in this guide http://taleoftwowastelands.com/content/ttw-24-no-menu-fix-tutorial
Apparently it have helped some people.
Sweet deal man, thanks for all your help :D
Fallout 3 was the ground work to New Vegas. It was okay, but New Vegas new how to make an interesting political story with choices.
Also, some shitty Fallout group on Facebook says Fallout 3's story was a "heartwarming story about betrayal and revenge"
oh god
I forgot the edgy vampires in meresti

Not only do those words not mix together that isn't Fallout 3's story at all.

What angers me is they have a merchant when most other settlements don't.

I guess they were talking about your shitty dad betraying you, but it still doesn't make sense. The story was pretty bad and the DLCs like The Pitt and Point Lookout were the interesting stuff.
Mothership Zeta was completly retarded and so was Operation Anchorage. Broken Steel severely unbalances the game as well, but add more play time.

No, you don't understand. They're not vampires. Nobody understands them!

I did
There were no survivors
Except Vance, who gained the ability to float and ascended to the station ceiling and used his new vantage point to shoot at me
edit: downside to nevada skies; when it starts raining, say goodbye to any visibility whatsoever
Nevada Skies still has a few issues.
The nasty sky panels were never fixed.
Oh, it was 3am. That explains the darkness.
Time to stand for several hours in the middle of nowhere.

It also represents Gamebryo as a whole.
