Okay, I made a mod list for stuff I'm going to download and use for my next playthrough.

Is there anything that I should add or remove?

I'd replace the various Milllenia mods with his big combo pack. Maybe I'm totally wrong, but my general experience is that the fewer .esp's you have, the better.
Also, no Project Nevada or bugfix patch of your choice?

I tried Project Nevada last time I played through, and I wasn't a big fan of it.
Left TTW installing over night. It said my F3 game wasn't the steam version or fully patched. The fuck? Are my mods on F3 making it not work?
Did you run the installer as admin?
Dogmeat is OP as fuck with the add-ons.

Not entirely sure, but I recall imaginator and dynavision being really script intensive while also causing save bloating, could've sworn MTUI didn't play nice with the weapon mod menu mod either.
Also Nevada Skies doesn't work with Fellout since they both alter weather.
Also also be sure to get the alternate loader for 4gb at the bottom of the skse page.
Tale of Two Wastelands runs fine with a decently sized load of mods. Be sure that you have the best load order you can through FNVedit.
Now, make sure your mods are off in the beginning of Fallout 3 because some crashes can occur. Enable them all when you exit the vault.
Another tip, if you use Nevada Skies TTW edition, turn off all Nevada Skies mods because Tranquility Lane will be pitch black.
Also, here's Loadingue's ENB preset I took. I would like to thank him for making an ENB that looks better and performs better than everything on the Nexus.

When I use that ENB the world sometimes glitches and I can see through pretty much everything, but only if I look in the same direction. It fixes itself after a while, though. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing that?

Disabling steam overlay should fix that, for some reason the old enbs don't like additional overlays onscreen, yet with skyrim's enb its fine.
Damn, Running low on smokes again.
thanks to the magic of ue4 and courtesy of the cretins over at the nexus, the fallout thing now supports jiggleboned dick and dynamic ghoul skin flakes
take that rust

Fuck off and die.
Can someone tell me of what DLC/quest I'm thinking of?
I remember this guy taking you to a slave camp with a bunch of rebels (not sure if they were in the camp or just outside), and I remember to get to the camp you had to cross a bridge that was covered to shit in explosives. I think the guy you start the quest with ends up dying but I'm not sure if that's the only option. In the slave camp I remember you had to do a mission like bring a gold bar somewhere or some shit. I can picture a lot of the scenes in my mind perfectly.
I just played OWB and DM again so I know it's not either of those.
I'm 99.99% it was NV, but I've also played FO3 and I could have gotten them confused maybe...

Sounds like DM but maybe it's The Pitt?
Wasn't that in FO3? The escaped slaves who wanted to set up shop in the Lincoln Memorial? I just remember of a bunch of slaves holed up in a building, and there were a lot of mine-covered bridges in that game. Or maybe something from the Pitt (I haven't played it) Honestly, I don't remember much of FO3.
Could be a side quest in F:NV I haven't done, or from one of the DLCs I haven't played.

Yeah, I've set up my game now.

It was definitely the Pitt.
T'was the Pitt.

I'll skip Imaginator and Dynavision then.
As for Nevada Skies and Fellout. I've got them both listed up there because I'm not sure which ones I want yet. I used to use Fellout, but Nevada Skies seems like it has a lot more.
Which would you guys recommend?
Fuck off and die.
Im not sure why they still said that even when I was "Liked" in the Khans

Fellout has less of a performance hit than Nevada Skies but Nevada Skies has more bells and whistles.
Hi guys! I'm a good ways into Fallout 1(LA Boneyard, just killed the Mother Deathclaw). I have small guns pretty well maxed. I can't decide if I need to start leveling energy weapons or big guns next.
It's definitely a good time for Energy Weapons. Here's why (very minor spoilers):
[sp]There's a guy in the Boneyard that can upgrade a Plasma Rifle (reduced AP cost and increased damage), another your luck, and another your Power Armour.[/sp]
Furthermore, there's only 3 big guns in the game, and gatling lasers are governed by energy weapons. Generally, making aimed shots with high critical chance is more powerful and less expensive than using burst fire. Ask zombini for exceptions.
Small guns are perfectly adequate for getting you through the rest of the game if that's what you're worried about.

Anyone notice something funny about this ENB?
It looks like he has one of those really thin French mustaches.
I was thinking of making a free soundboard for funny Fallout 3 sound clips and sayings. Think theres enough of them in the game to warrant an entire app or any interest?

Thanks, I just found that guy after I posted this. I'm guessing the guy outside the Blades building is the one with the luck boost? Rhetorical, I'll figure it out after I get through the really long annoying fight at Adytum.
I'm not gonna complete my TTW run. It's just WAY to unstable. Some random areas got shit FPS and crash the game. Also, the Citadel didn't load anything inside it so the main quest is stuck.
I'll try it again in a year when it's done and has more converted mods.
