But what am I even saying, this game isn't "Desert Apocalypse Fashion Simulator"
that is legitimately one of the only reasons i play it.
Just to see what looks good with what

ITS ALMOST HARVESTING SEASON
From what some people have said and things i have read, vegas isn't that hot, and in fact can get quite chilly
And especially at night
Vegas blows. It honestly can be extremely uncomfortable just to be in the shade while wearing a t-shirt and shorts.
Every time I've been there it was between 100-115 F (38-46 C) during the day (however the nights can get chilly. Sometimes not)
Getting away from the cold is a lot easier than getting away from the heat.
I hope in the next fallout game they have an armor system like TES. Gloves, boots, torso, and hats. It would at least make it so that I don't alway have on the reinforced leather armor for 70% of the game
Well there's a bit more to it than that, but basically this. A Fallout multiplayer sandbox in UE4 with a bunch of things that Fallout could never have because of engine limitations. (and much more emphasis on cooperation and persistent world) The biggest limitation I have is content and assets, so I'm not really posting too many videos or images because of how fucking disgusting my placeholders are, but generally, that's what it is.
So are you making it more like a shooter with mechanics from the new games?

This took more effort than I should've bothered with

Imagine taking this sentence out of context.

why
I get that problem pretty frequently whenever I venture into the northwest quadrant of the Capital Wasteland. No idea why.

why
I fear it is too late for that section of the wasteland, the void is already consuming it, The evidence is above.

Cool, looks like Fallout 4 will take place in the underworld.
can anyone who likes geography throw a PM my way?

more specifically, topographical maps
I dislike how light and friendly the pitt seems when you got weather mods in ttw
Anyone know a good mod that makes freeside/westside/Vegas a bit more lively and populated?
I hate going through Freeside and seeing like, four people outside.

"freeside is so crowded" and you see nobody on the street.
I have a hard time keeping to the playstyle my character is meant to use in roleplay. Mainly I stat a spy but 99% of the time I end up running and gunning like John Rambo. Since it works and is much quicker I don't see much reason NOT to do so. This, plus a lack of mercenarial espionage-type missions, saps my roleplay of a lot of its, you know, role. I'm at a loss on how to address this issue so I'm asking for suggestions.
The second part of my roleplay that quickly falls by the wayside is my character is supposed to be a med-x junky, primarily as an escape the trauma and psychological damage a life of a post-apocalyptic infiltrator would no-doubt accrue. However I have little idea how to play the junky type nor the psychological damage. I'd like to here any suggestions you could give on these too.

Could someone please help me out with my New Vegas 4gb exe? It isn't working at all anymore. Whenever I run it it gives me an error that says "Unable set current dir to game dir. The system cannot find the file specified." Anyone else ever have this problem and know how to fix it? I haven't played in months because of this problem.
Is Steam not installed on the C drive?
-snip, rate bad reading-
I'm playing Hardcore for the first time and MAN it's much harder but also a lot of fun.
Can I kill the bighorners at Goodsprings without the NPCs getting pissed?

I don't think so.
Also, I recall the PnP people offering me a glance at their homebrew ruleset, can I get a look at that? I'm tweaking some of the stat lists before testing out stuff and I want to get a second opinion. There are a few skills I've added and a few I've merged or taken away. Speech is divided into Deception and Persuasion as was intended for Van Buren, and Leadership and Animal Handling has been added for party bonuses and pets respectively.

Are people interested in more complex DnD 3.5 stat interaction, or more simplified stuff a la the new Fallout games? I'd think for a multiplayer sandbox, more options means more interesting playability and less "jack-of-all-trades" syndrome that Fallout 3/NV had, but I'd like some other opinions.
I killed Easy Pete but it was worth it

No, it wasn't, it never is, the man's named fucking Easy Pete, why would you kill him?
