No, i have a separate drive for my programs, but i gave new Vegas its own partition in order to keep my programs drive clear, but it wasn't a problem before. I was able to use it just fine for quite a while, but it stopped working at some point, i believe when i increased the size of my fallout drive and verified the integrity of my game cache, because i was having some pretty bad bugs. A few things didn't verify and were downloaded, but after that the 4gb exe stopped working.

Try launching the game using the default FNV launcher once, it should say it's finding optimal system settings and it'll work afterwards
The reason it happens is that verifying bethesda games clears their .ini files, which programs like NVSE and the 4GB patch require

Are there any weapon mods in TTW? I've been playing for a couple hours now and I can't find any. I've even got WMX and I can't even find the sillicone bricks or anything, the traders just don't seem to stock any.

Are there any good texture ENBs (or whatever the hell they're called) that I could use for the landscapes of New Vegas? As well as any good texture/skin packs that make people/outfits/armor in general look nicer than default gamebryo?
Any good mods that extend the gameplay on New Vegas? I've done litteraly everything 2-3 times now.

Try creating a symlink on your C drive pointing to your NV drive.
C:/STEAMINSTALLDIR/steamapps/common/Fallout New Vegas --> NV:/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout New Vegas

Are people interested in more complex DnD 3.5 stat interaction, or more simplified stuff a la the new Fallout games? I'd think for a multiplayer sandbox, more options means more interesting playability and less "jack-of-all-trades" syndrome that Fallout 3/NV had, but I'd like some other opinions.[/QUOTE]

How about a garbage man/women run?
Where applicable you must either:
/ Unless seen /
- remove all limbs of the (human)opponent's body
- store the body out of sight in closets/bathroom toilets/dumpsters
- burn bodies on fires
Or a Calling-card run
- leave a simple common easily acquirable misc item on every body you kill
Eye for an eye run
-using the 9mm pistol you get at the beginning
- Place a single 9mm pistol round into the head of every single human you kill
- Kill Benny with the 9mm pistol
