Good News Everyone! For the people who actually read the Fallout PnP logs I am happy to announce that I have dug up the logs of the original Windy City campaign (with a few extras from Aloha Smoothskin) and have saved them all for prosperity: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/cqkceqmzgcqn2r2/AAAvga2dnjENfZ0uwwnovP_ia [editline]28th July 2014[/editline] Now that's a proper page king nigga
"Well Fallout 1 was fun, I should make a more talkative character for Fallout 2 and of course focus on small arms and energy weapons again." *click, click, click* "Oh, you've given me a stick, and my strength is at 3... how many bugs?" Still one of the pre-made characters starts with a strength of 4 so there must be a way to do this... Will there be a way to buy extra special points like in FO1?
the ending of Dead Money was a real gamebryo moment [sp]elijah said he wanted to come down with no funny business so I just stood around waiting then suddenly alarms were going off and every companion was yelling at the same time over the radio, elijah went from a casual stroll to hostile and blowing everything up, and I had no idea what any of them were saying[/sp] basically it was a disappointing clusterfuck

It's possible to get a sober 10 in all SPECIAL. In addition you can get perks that just give you an extra point in whatever (like Intense Training but you can't boost the same stat twice). These come later on. If you rely on these to make your character decent, the first six towns will be hell. At the very least start with STR 4, you will be severely impaired without the ability to use any guns.
Hey just a quick update, don't want to clog the thread, carry on. Sorry for inactivity regarding the gun modification. I still have the requests sent to me via Email and PM (and I'm hunting down the posted ones here cause I forgot to save them like a dumbass, sorry!), and its still in active development. I'm just taking a break from it to polish up some other work, some private stuff, and some requests from people. I typically let my work take spins of development. Some on, some off. I figure I post here spouting all these guns and promises, I don't want to leave you guys hanging. I'll be done with my obligations soon and I'll be back to this in awhile. Have a great day everyone

The Sierra Madre is MINE [/SP]
Does anybody know how to reskin creatures, for example, Mr Gutsy in the Geck? been trying to find a way and Google just comes up with weapon reskinning.
Anyone tried Turbo+Implant GRX yet? gotta go fast
They don't stack, the length of boollet time isn't extended, nor is time slowed down any more than with using just one. Also, psycho and slasher's damage bonus don't stack, but med-x and slasher's DR boost do. So if you do the panic drug binge like me, skip psycho if you have any slasher.

But you're right about turbo and GRX.

turbo's bonus only stacks with PN's bullet time, but not in a "this gets slower way"
I don't understand the Wild Card: Side Bets quest [editline]29th July 2014[/editline] What does 'ignoring one of the factions' even do? [editline]29th July 2014[/editline] And if I keep working with Yes Man, does my NCR rep just reset or? [editline]29th July 2014[/editline] Because I really wanna kill Dobson

[editline]29th July 2014[/editline] Because I really wanna kill Dobson
If you keep working with Yes Man eventually you'll be hit by some NCR infamy, I think one lone a-hole NCR MP on the Strip will attack you (can't remember), and the NCR Ambassador and whats-her-face at Hoover Dam disappear from the game so you can't continue their story quests.
Thanks guys. And should I destroy the reactors in Mr. House's bunker or upgrade the securitrons? Is it just personal or does it actually make a difference except just making them stronger?
Thanks guys. And should I destroy the reactors in Mr. House's bunker or upgrade the securitrons? Mr.House is the best
Mr.House is the best
I'd rather be the dictator than help the dictator. [editline]29th July 2014[/editline] Well, I don't mind the securitrons so I'll just blow it up. I've sided with Mr. House on all my other playthroughs anyway

Which will be harder without an army of securitrons.

They should listen to MY bullshit fanon, where the Courier becomes the founder of a nation of the Mojave and unites the Kings, Boomers, Khans, and Three Families into a functional confederacy.
Wait fuck no I didn't know Vic went offline if I killed House
Stop telling people your bullshit fanon.
There's a reason it's called Independant and not Coup D'etat or something.
It's actually called Wild Card, it's New Vegas' independence from the rule of the 3 main powers. There has to be a leader, you're not bringing about anarchy.
isn't it canon that the courier just stays in big MT and slowly releases tech into the wasteland conveniently like he/she is a god damn puppet master and the Mojave is his/her stage
isn't it canon that the courier just stays in big MT and slowly releases tech into the wasteland conveniently like he/she is a god damn puppet master and the Mojave is his/her stage
If you get the good ending of Old World Blues it says the Courier convinced them to keep working on stuff and that he kept in contact with them to bring the technology back to the rest of the world. I imagine the transportalponder doesn't break or become unfixable in his lifetime.
