10 seconds later
"hey guys lets raid this caravan"

some mod modify the values of those?
Decided that when I get the perception implant, I'm going to turn the HUD back on, make it seem like some Deus Ex shit right there.
Imagine a Fallout game on the Texas-Mexico border, NCR Border Control trying to keep these filthy Ghoulie Mexicans from crossing over into glorious republic.

Much of the NCR is located in (former) Mexico.

The FAQ makes him sound like a pretentious douche. His mod looks neat though.
Don't know when to do Dead Money during the main quest... What are the sidequests with the most cashmoney rewarded?
i kind of had an idea for a mod like Nipton Rebuilt mixed with that base building mod from a while back. Trying to wrap my head around the geck before attempting anything though.
What program do people use to merge models from the game?
Apparently the nexus has been compromised and people are getting redirected to download a fake java plugin.
Stay away from the nexus for the time being.

The forks were new. Everything else I pretty much knew about. I think this is one of those little details that New Vegas lacks IMO. I still prefer NV though.

source for this?

It happened a couple hours ago, so i'm still not sure if its still compromised, but you can check yourself.
Source was Reddit Skyrim Page.

The sniper shack is one of my favorite places in the game. For some reason, Rockbreaker's Last Gas is one of the most visually-striking locations in the game to me.
Does anyone know if the nexus is still all fucked up?
Got the perception implant and did the thing I said I would a few posts back. We augmented now.

To say nothing of the forced augmentation in OWB...
[sp]I actually didn't enjoy Human Revolution and have little interest in playing the original Deus Ex.[/sp]

What a shame.
Do you know why you dislike DE:HR?

I really, REALLY wanted to like it but to me it just played like absolute wank and couldn't control it for shit. That, and I played it right after Batman: Arkham City so when I tried to do an extended stealth segment very early on it was just impossible for me, couldn't suppress the urge to grapple away like I could in Batman. And lastly, I wouldn't loot anything because I kept applying real world logic and morality to the game. Like the weapons and stuff on the guys in that factory mission right at the start I didn't take because it would be removing evidence from a crime scene. Didn't help that I went for a pacifist run for my first go.

Ah, you have a similar problem to mine with the game.
I thought the game controlled like utter arse, but then I had to get used to the game and the way it controls differently. It really became fun, it's like trying to get used to Dark Souls. You got to play by the game's rules, or the game plays you.
And about keeping to real world morality: It's a game that morality is based around killing people, not taking their stuff. So go all out on the looting.

Well I figured if the game's incentive going so far as to care whether I kill people or not then I'm not just going to play the game's morality like a series of plot flags but like actual morality and stuff. Also wasn't too big a fan of Dark Souls, though I got further in that game and found it more enjoyable than HR.
Most of the NCR is located in (former) Mexico.
Most? Maybe a sliver, but the bulk of it is in California, hence the name.
I wonder if we will see any other unified states in Fallout 4. They hinted at the Commonwealth, but I was kind of hoping for some communist faction, just to add irony to the whole thing.
Can someone explain to me what happened to the Enclave? Did they get completely wiped out or some shit by those Bitches of Steel?
The Enclave seemed really dope too. Funny how you aren't able to join them in a game that lets you do some of the worst shit to other human beings.
