Stop being so modest.
Make the mod.

What's the flattest, largest piece of land for me to put m base on?
And what is the best flashlight mod? My game gets to dark at night and I can't find NVGs

If you mean a custom base mod, then I'd fly around in the GECK till you find a good spot, then throw it down whereever! Don't worry about flat ground, it's up to you what you want to put in!
And I used Flashlight NVSE

It's not me being modest, like I said, it'd actually be very difficult to get working in a very good way, and I'm not that experienced with the GECK to really do it. If you want to take a whack at it, I can try and help, but otherwise I can't really do it, especially since I'm in school now

Loadingue made this awhile ago. It has dynamic shadows and runs really well. Make sure you use .249 series.
Link to the .249 stuff? i cant find it on the enb site
Used the "Where's my pants?" perk, woke up on top of the sunset sarsaparilla factory, I don't mean at it I literally mean on it's roof, I'm not even sure if you're supposed to be able to get there, gg NV.
I'm looking for a mod for FNV that put weapon upgrades all around the wasteland for you to find. Can anyone remember its name?

what mod has this perk?
also im assuming it just teleports you around every time you sleep

More perks, it teleports you to a random point in the game at the price of giving you caps, so it may work in your favor or fuck you over infinitely.
What's is considered the "best" graphics mods that replace landscape textures nowadays?

I prefer NMCs. Poco looks too yellow and orange.

Is it actually random, or does it randomly choose from a list of two dozen places?
I haven't had the chance to use the mutant mod for FONV.
Would you guys consider it lore friendly or very lore unfriendly?

Very lore unfriendly for the most part.
[editline]4th September 2014[/editline]
and some monsters are just full on OP its fucking ridiculous fighting deathclaw level geckos in goodsprings.
For some reason, every "add more monsters" mod I've ever gotten for a game is hilariously lore-unfriendly. Mart's Mutant Mod isn't so bad, but it's got a lot of "what the hell" content that's still technically within the bounds of lore; even for Skyrim, that "Immersive Creatures" mod is ludicrous.
Honestly though, it's just more shit to kill.

I'm not sure to be honest though I've never been in the same spot twice when using it, I think it's random due to the whole Sarsaparilla factory thing I mentioned.

I think the Sarsaparilla factory is evidence of the opposite. It's so hilarious, how could it not be on purpose? Like you said, there's no way to get up there!
On top of that, how does it always make sure that you're at ground level and not inside a building or below water or something? It seems like too much effort to write a script that does that.
I guess what's most important to know is how many times you've used it.
Skyrim uses their in-house Creation Engine, not Gamebryo.
(which is why you can walk diagonally, man I'll never get over that)
TBH the engine has never really been "gamebryo" ever. It's been so heaviliy modified from stock gamebryo that there's little point in using the same name.
Creation is basically Bethbryo, but with some new third party middleware built in. I keep saying it, but Bethbryo is a decent engine, Bethesda just insists on making it shitty by doing sloppy optimization and using out of date shading methods. and of course, never, ever using any serious post-processing effects to make their games look modern

Maybe it's random but it uses AI nodes or something? I mean, it's pretty unlikely that there would be an AI node underneath the map or inside a building or something.

I got bored so I built a base that's in an island that your character can infiltrate.
Dead Skulls Frontier is just a temporary name for the faction that's guarding it.
Also, some have patrol paths, and a lunch schedule too. Eventually, I'll add a sleep schedule.

I usually take it three to four times per playthrough, mainly because I always kind of hit a rough patch where I dont see any perks I like, and that one you can just keep taking over and over.
Is it actually random, or does it randomly choose from a list of two dozen places?
I would guess it's from a form list, but it's probably extensive.
I've teleported all sorts of weird places, and even had to tcl out of some rocks once.
How does the Legion feel about Super Mutants? Or what's your best guess?
I'll be playing the fallout PnP game with friends and I want to know how canon-friendly a Legion-aligned Super Mutant would be.

I think one character in the quest Return to Sender mentions that there was a contubumfuckarium or whatever of Legion Super Mutant but was wiped out. Either they don't tolerate mutants of any kind, or based on what Caesar says about the worth of an individual and how they try to integrate all he conquers into Legion society they might have Super Mutant members but have them purely as meatshields since they can't reproduce naturally.

That is a fake report made by Hanlon

I saw some documentation on it earlier, depending on the version or what mod it's from, then it's not actually random.

I finally found the Firelance by luck, and man that gun is just too strong.
Too bad I don't have any alien power cells.

Nice, it looks like you are making what I'm currently just planning :v: (It's a base (Area 51) that's been taken over by mercenaries(Talon Company) and you are supposed to sneak into it.)
