Is there any way to sneak into the NCR correctional facility? As soon as I go to the gate dressed up as a powder ganger the greeter immediately spots me and turns hostile.

It's alright, but I think my rig should get around 60fps.

When you are close enough to the boot, you will get the prompt to sit on it. Simply press the button to, and voila, you teleport yourself through the fence to sit on the toilet and get inside the facility, perfectly dodging that annoying greeter at the gate. Also, remember that every named Powder Ganger and Eddie's guards will shoot you on sight, except for Meyers, who can be Primm's sherrif, who is always neutral no matter what your standing with the Powder Gangers is.
Who the fuck sneaks in there. Everytime I go, I kill everyone inside.
You can actually do the Powder Ganger quests for the XP, then betray them to the NCR and vanquish them in a huge NCR raid which is fairly epic by new vegas standards
Try stealth killing the greeter, it worked for me
I tried doing that with my .22 silenced pistol and everyone turned hostile.
I tried doing that with my .22 silenced pistol and everyone turned hostile.
weird ... 50.cal HE rounds headshot from the hill and i could walk straght in and talk to everyone, even managed to place a few C4 too ... i really don't like P.G
Does anyone here do texture requests? The model is already meshed and placed in game by another mod.
I tried doing that with my .22 silenced pistol and everyone turned hostile.
pretty sure it's some type of glitch, i remember reading about it on the wiki a while ago, in addition to a bunch of people reporting it.

Ahh it's good to be back, load up my last save after a half year and greeted by some locals
I'm playing a Fallout RP with some friends right now and having a shit ton of fun. We left our vault, my friend decapitated a raider we encountered and I killed the other in one shot. We came to a town, and I convinced the sheriff to make us deputies. We got a job to take out some raiders in a nearby town, and on the way we found a caravan and accidentally murdered the guys wife, and I got him to surrender. We brought the caravan back to the town, thinking it was a raider, but turns out it was a villager. However the guy had tons of alcohol and cocaine in the caravan. We got kicked out of the town, but luckily didn't get killed. To get back into the town I'm going to try to convince the sheriff of the cocaine, but take some for ourselves so we can get some caps. This is some of the most fun I've had in a while.
^was that an online mod? or did you all just sit around on one screen playing fo3/nv?
^was that an online mod? or did you all just sit around on one screen playing fo3/nv?
Nah, DnD setting.

If someone were to ever make a mod for NV where you can play through the normal story but with online co-op my dick would forever be fucking diamonds.
Many have tried, but I don't think I've seen one that actually managed to get it working to the extent that it's actually very playable
Can the game engine even handle online play?
Many have tried, but I don't think I've seen one that actually managed to get it working to the extent that it's actually very playable
i think vaultmp was the closest, at least from what i saw in video testing certainly further than skyrim online.
Can the game engine even handle online play?
The engine definitely supports it (there have been online games using gamebryo in the past), but the problem is the game's code is all purposed for single player. Even though the game is probably one of the easiest and most moddable, sometimes there's really only so much you can do.
If someone were to ever make a mod for NV where you can play through the normal story but with online co-op my dick would forever be fucking diamonds.
Yeah my dick would be diamonds too seeing other players come into my game naked with large dicks they modded in.
Yeah my dick would be diamonds too seeing other players come into my game naked with large dicks they modded in.
Wouldn't you have to have the mods installed to be able to see that, though? :v:
Trying to play TTW and it's not working at all. The game crashes as soon as I hit the Bethesda logo.
Wouldn't you have to have the mods installed to be able to see that, though? :v:
a fallout mmo would just be like gmod dark rp, ERRORs everywhere [editline]16th September 2014[/editline] I can just imagine some guy playing as a deathclaw, but you see a conspicuous ERROR sign just sticking out of the crotch.
^was that an online mod? or did you all just sit around on one screen playing fo3/nv?
One of my favorite things to do with Fallout is invite some friends over and create a character together. We'll all put in ideas for the appearance/other characteristics, then take turns controlling him/her, whilst everybody gives some pointers on what we should do/how we should make the character.
I already have Fallout 3 on Steam, but buying GOTY is cheaper than buying all the DLC individually. If I buy GOTY, will it give me all the DLC and a spare copy of FO3 or will I just have two Fallout 3s in my games list?
