Never heard of it.
Even though I've got AA and Antriscopic disabled, like you're supposed to with ENBs, this keeps happening every couple of minutes, and lasts about 7 seconds. Any ideas? I'm using a Nvidia GTX 745 4GB
He's asking which ones are worth playing
Exactly, can't forget the best one.
Mothership Zeta is fucking awful, not only is it boring with crap enemies, not only does it get rid of the alien crash site, but it's also a horrible buggy piece of shit. Say what you want about Operation Anchorage, at least it didn't break every second room.

Abominations - Mothership Zeta only.
Alien turret - Mothership Zeta only.

Support drone - Mothership Zeta only.
oh and don't forget
mother fucking tanks - Anchorage only.

it just feels like so much was taken away and very little was added
Most of what you've listed were DLC exclusive enemies and weren't in the main game to fight, already mentioned but with different names, and some that weren't as notable.
NV: has added new enemies that are both in the base game and in some DLC's. (not mentioning any dlc exclusive npcs, but there are definitely more new npcs added in the dlcs than F3's dlcs.)
Geckos
Securitrons
4 new deathclaw variants (6 if you want to count the stat changed variants)
Cazadors
Mantises
Cyberdogs and coyotes
Bighorners
Nightstalkers
Spore plants

ok, granted i'll give you those.
are there any mods that change the first person view of weapons (for either new vegas or fallout 3, I'll be replaying one of them in the near future)? I've always hated it because you're character's hands are so disproportional to the gun you're using, it makes everything look tiny

this changes the animations

but i don't think there is anything to make everything the right scale.
In Mothership Zeta my Buffout wore off during the spacewalk.
In Mothership Zeta my Buffout wore off during the spacewalk.
and what does that do?
As far as I know, you can't access the Pip-Boy or go back inside during the spacewalk, so you can't drop items or take chems. The already glacial walking pace is twice as slow while wearing the space suit. Also, I had 300 pounds of alien crap in my inventory because I didn't know the above two things.
It took eight minutes to walk to and push three buttons. It seemed like forever because all I wanted to do was finish the damn DLC so I could play regular Fallout 3 again.
It actually adds it to the game
one of the weapons it adds is Meth Overdose and it uses itself up on one hit and rapidly depletes enemy health
That's actually from Better Living Through Chems, which is available in an NV flavor.
[editline]12th October 2014[/editline]
As in, FWE integrated it from that.
I recently tried a play through as an Agent for house.
I destroyed the brotherhood, and I felt so fucking horrible and guilty because of Veronica's relation with them I had to stop playing it.
Which shows how fucking well this game was written.

I just downloaded the mod that let me talk House into thinking allying with them is a good idea, seemed more lore friendly, given Houses requirements.
First time I went through it though, yeah... I almost couldn't do it.

BLTC is great 'cause of all the added visual effects
I remember playing with it, getting high as fuck before the big fight at the end of Lonesome Road, and spending the rest of the DLC in a haze, not quite knowing what I was emptying my M14 into

And again, you have to account the development time for both games. Fallout 3 had about 4 years, New Vegas had just under two.
Talking about MZ, I'm currently stuck in some shitty lab portal room. The portal I accidently used is suppost to lead to some kind of lategame sequence, you are not suppost to use it but it glitched for me and I accidently used it prematurely. for the portal to work, you need to activate it. I don't know what I fucking did or broke but I accidently clicked on it and BAM I was in some alien lab.
After fighting hordes of shitty enemies armed with shitty weapons, I got to a dead end of the lab. At this point, I decided "oh well guess I'm in the wrong part lets go back to the portal. Got to the portal, clicked E on it:
"You cannot use this right now". Are you fucking kidding me? Tried 10 minutes later: "You cannot use this right now." As I stated above, you need to activate some crap to make it function. Yay currently stuck in space. Turns out that it also autosaved at that point, and my last manual save was before I even started MZ.
10/10 Bethesda fuck you.
Oh, got a great story from Pitt aswell, remember the part were you have to listen to Mr Ashur makes his speech? I accidently walked out of the talk zone, and got stuck in a loophell of Mr Ashur standing like Jesus in Rio de Janerio. Tried to walk out but a raider told me to fuck off and go back inside.
I'm stuck in two broken DLCs in two saves, great fucking job Bethesda 20/10 also GOTY.
How do I change the viewmodel FOV on Vegas? My arms are too far from the fucking camera.
[editline]12th October 2014[/editline]
Also, everyone is a fucking mute. When I go into direct dialogue with any NPC they don't talk. Their mouth doesn't move, there's no sound, there's just subtitles. Please help.

Change fDefault1stPersonFOV=55.0000 to whatever value you want in Fallout.ini, FalloutPrefs.ini and Fallout_default.ini.
I can't help with the sounds issue though. Try validating the files through Steam.

I uninstalled the DLCs after I got stuck at the same situation at MZ on my Xbox 360. I didn't want to go back through MZ again. Tried again 2 years later from scratch, still end up in that situation at the same spot. Never doing that again.
I'm tired of going through the DLCs 10 times so I screw up the Pitt DLC by using Enclave Commander and wiping out everyone. Then I changed the Raiders' armor in the GECK to Chinese Outfits, their weapons to Chinese Assault Rifles, even going as far as changing their names to Chinese Soldiers. Then wiped them out again.
Too bad I don't have the .esp anymore.

Try installing K-Lite Codec Pack and see if that works.

It's not fucking working, and that FOV slider isn't what I'm after. This is the problem.

Validating solved the audio, though.
Are there any mods that change the way people stand, so they look more relaxed? The thing that bothers me most about this game is how everyone stands so rigidly all the time.
I was walking around this sewer like place filled to the brim with ghouls and other beasties (I think it was from a mod) in fallout 3
I've been doing pretty well, ghouls make a lot of noise and are quite visible even in the dimly lit sewers. I mean before I've been spooked by them but I'm over my fear of sewer ghouls.
so there I am, inspecting the shit out of this sewer. I go round this corner and I see a first aid kit. Great! I walk up a little closer and there's this skeleton laying there out of sight. From my perspective I couldn't see the skeleton, just the aid kit. So when I walk over his foot and the gamebyro physics decide to HURL THE SKELETON IN THE FUCKING AIR i flip my shit
fucking skeletons
[editline]12th October 2014[/editline]
whether it's the mods I have installed or just the general atmosphere but fallout 3 is wayyyyy fucking creepier than new vegas
I noticed the link that I gave for the F3 VB Demo a year ago is down. Here are 2 more mirrors:

I've put the FOV in the inis as low as fucking zero, but the game acts as if they don't exist.
Wow, FO3 ended suddenly. Well I guess there's still a bunch of quests to do, we'll see how long I'll stay interested.
[editline]13th October 2014[/editline]
or i'll check if nv has some huge gameplay changing mods like fwe and just start a new playthrough of it. it's way better than 3 anyway.

Fallout 1 & 3 are pretty damn spooky sometimes.
