It was NCR guys in salvaged T-45d power armor. Currently there's no real way to ally with the BOS without just ignoring them. I think Obsidian either fucked up and forgot to implement some things, or they want the BOS to die off like the Enclave. It's probably a lack of time/laziness, as there's a mod that reenables dialogue that Mr. House has regarding the BOS.
Honestly, I never thought of that before. Maybe they were trying to sever some of the ties to the old games and move on? I'd be okay with that. The Brotherhood may be iconic, but I am kind of sick of them. There has to be something new and original that Bethesda can do.
You can ally the BoS with the NCR if you do the NCR part of the main quest. You must also make sure that Hardin never becomes the Elder and that Mcnamara is still alive and is the elder. You can also ignore them if you do the Yes man part. Eventually, you will have the power to ally both and there will be BoS members fighting at Hoover dam.
Yeah, that's the problem--the Brotherhood would want all that high-tech shit for themselves.
"Themselves" includes the courier if you become a brotherhood paladin
I'm sure I've had all factions together at once at the dam, I think it was Great Khans (suicide bombing), Brotherhood, Enclave Remnants and NCR all blasting away at the Legion. Then the Boomers came in an carpet bombed the place. I was fucked up on all of the drugs and special foods in the game so I couldn't see shit but it sounded fun.

I have seen god, and he is a drug addict in a vault suit."
I hear a troublesome Legion camp got razed to the ground.
i always find myself liberally using chems in fallout like in other games I'll always hold onto every potion or stat increasing item I can find. In fallout? I'm gonna be hooked up on medx, buffout, psycho, turbo, hell even cateye if I have it whenever I'm in a large fight not sure whether excessive use of drugs is a good thing

just walk up to the legate drunk on 10 different alcohols and tell him to piss off

Told the khans to run for it because playing good girl role. Got BOS to fight for the NCR and resolved the salvaged power armor issue. Got all the enclave remnants to fight as well for the NCR. Got the rangers in full swing, convinced the old guy to give up but not suicide so they are gonna beat the living shit out of the legion because he's still leading them. Then there is the boomers who will be coming in to carpet bomb everything. I just wish I could get yes man to side with the NCR to make everything perfect. :v:
What are the benefits of installing TTW besides having the FO:NV engine?
What are the benefits of installing TTW besides having the FO:NV engine?
Bigger game to play in.

What I planned is that the player can develop weapons, first aid, ammo, and armor like in XCOM once you capture the building and after you hired/captured workers. I haven't given it a name, besides WeaponsPlant in the Editor ID. The place isn't detailed enough; it's still a work in progress. Any suggestions on what I should name this location?
The Forge? Cheesy and generic as shit but that first screenshot keeps making me think of the temple on Rakata Prime from KOTOR, which had a star forge and was capable of making ships at remarkably fast speeds.
The Factory, Forge, Foundry, Mill, etc. are good ideas. If there's only one on the island, why not use the definite article? You could also use a generic Pre-War name, something like Dawson Lumber or Milton Seafood Concern.
FNV probably best since FNV only has 1 essential character in it
Wait really? Who is that, then? I could've sworn there were more.
Wait really? Who is that, then? I could've sworn there were more.
More than one if you have hardcore off.
Wait really? Who is that, then? I could've sworn there were more.
Yes man is the only npc that you can't kill in hardcore, and that's because he just hops into another security bot body if you kill him. there's always a way to finish the game.
Preaching to the choir mate. Other notable weapons: combat shotgun, 9mm smg.
The combat shotgun is horrendous because of the mag placement, but I like the 9mm SMG because it looks like a WW2 Grease Gun. The sawn off is gross and I always use a Millenia gun or hunting shotgun over it.
