Not yet, might do that later. The guy who modeled the SVU also made an SVD.
will you ever make an M2HB? btw your work is fantastic
How on earth do you even make textures that detailed Do spend countless hours adding in each scratch by hand or is there some automation/shortcuts involved?

Tools like Quixel's dDo help quite a lot as well, but there's a fair bit of photosourcing/handpainting on top of that to make it look much less procedural.
So i was sneaking up on the two viper gang members on the far end of the Highway patrol station, and right after jumping off the roof and killing both of them with my bat, fucking Malcom holmes just drops right out of the tree (Vurts WFO)and initiates dialogue with me like nothing happened.
[t]http://static-1.nexusmods.com/15/mods/130/images/57297-1-1414359846.jpg[/t] Released a Dragunov SVU. http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/57297
oh my goodness that's beautiful
Speaking of Malcolm Holmes, I was about to smack a deathclaw with a ballistic fist and fucking malcom just initiated dialogue as if there was no deathclaw, and after he was done talking the deathclaw noticed and killed him.
malcom always seems to creep up on me at around 4 in the morning when I'm sleeping
Playing fallout 3 on console. I go through the riely's ranger quest, everyone gets out alive, we all make it back to base and I wait for the trophy aaaand nothing. Now i'm another 5 hours in mapping the tunnels hoping that will give me it. Fuck you too game.
i just had a thought and i just found an inconsistency in fallout 1 [sp]how the hell did the master move all the way to the boneyard and into the cathedral and sit his ass down in the la vault when he was mutated beyond all walking capablity.[/sp]
iirc he was transported by a steam powered truck built by the other mutants, I think it's mentioned in the Fallout Bible

Someone should make a mod where Malcolm Holmes has high HP, is set to essential, able to follow you ANYWHERE and you get a game over if he's able to talk to you. You have to complete the game with him following you through god knows what and it takes a ridiculous amount of munitions to knock him out. Explosives would become more valuable as they can keep him off balance. It'd be like Terminator but with less robots and more raiders.
You'd never be able to loot all or pick up stray bottlecaps safely again
The more star caps you have, the more powerful he becomes.
the new enclave officer hoodie they're releasing is really good looking (and i get more practical use out of it than the poster considering i'm poor) how awkward would it be to actually buy it and wear it in public? [t]http://store.bethsoft.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/h/o/hoody-fo-enclave-front.jpg[/t]
Its waaaay more subtle than my frat hoody which has the frat's letters down the left side in big teal out lines and my house name inscribed on the top of the hood.
Doesn't he start fleeing if you attack him?
Ah nuts, you're right. Couldn't that be changed?
I made some slightly more stompy and power-armory sounding footsteps for power armor if anyone is interested. I initially wanted to make it sound just like the servos from iron man but for the life of me I cant figure out what motor they used for the movies. Interestingly enough the default sounds actually sound pretty awesome, but they are really quiet in the game and you cant hear any of it except for the high pitched part. I guess just ask for it and I will upload it to either nexus. Combined with a FP mod and powered power armor and impervious power armor (how would a .32 pistol even do damage to someone in power armor) I am thoroughly enjoying power armor.
Ah nuts, you're right. Couldn't that be changed?
Of course it could be changed. It can be like Alien Isolation where certain weapons can scare him off temporarily, but it only buys you time. And getting into conversation locks your perspective and he eats your face.
Ah nuts, you're right. Couldn't that be changed?
Oh, right. Cool idea. Does anyone know the exact mechanism by which these characters follow you? Does he respawn when you go through a loading screen? Will his legs remain crippled if you cripple them?
Playing fallout 3 on console
that's your first problem
Even worse, it makes the game crash. :tinfoil:
That happens regardless though
man the ending of dead money always chills me
I had a much better appreciation for Dead Money the second time I played it, I think. Just saying because I know how many people dislike it and would disagree with the above sentiment.
Dead Money was actually my second favorite of the DLC's, its story is engrossing as fuck
Ah nuts, you're right. Couldn't that be changed?
Give him 100 guns skill 10 strength and avenger minigun
Dead Money was actually my second favorite of the DLC's, its story is engrossing as fuck
You can't beat Old World Blues' writing, though, 'cause that shit was god-tier.
I loved Dead Money's story. Playing it is a different matter. Especially when every bomb collar death caused my game to crash.
