It's clearly a troll. I mean "Shadow of Boston"? Come on.
Shadow of Chernobyl sounds better. Oh wait
Guy I think we should wait a bit, and be open minded about this. There are plenty of games with dumb titles right? I know the big hoax at the end of last year was a big fucking discouraging heart breaker, but I'm confident that there might be some hope here.
Speaking of series, has anyone seen that one New Vegas web series Nuka Stories or something like that? I saw a couple of episodes about a year ago and it seemed nice.
Think your talking about Nuka-Break

it unbegins and i am the fool once more
Beth should just speak up already, werent they supposed to use the IP? Instead of making shitty MOBAs?
they would never have called a mainline game something that stupid anyway. nothin shadowy about clam chowder
Check the article again.
Well fuck :v: Least I was trying to be a little bit hopeful.
Back to Fallout 3 and NV people.
At least this hoax was shot down before people got hyped.
The only reason they could be so eager to shut down a hoax, must be if they were to present the game themselves :v:
The only reason they could be so eager to shut down a hoax, must be if they were to present the game themselves :v:
If only they shut down the earlier hoax, the one that fooled everyone. I'm still kinda bitter about that... :v:
i realize you've probably uninstalled 7zip by now but did you try explicitly running as administrator? 7zip isn't smart enough to elevate itself for some reason and I can't imagine shell extensions have changed all that much between win7 and win8
Still have it and I still can't get it to integrate with the shell. Oh well. I finally got ENB to work, for some reason the latest version [.263] doesn't work on NV. It just gives me a blank screen. I had to revert to .216 to actually work.
So apparently "Fallout: Shadow of Boston" was just apparently trademarked. I'll keep my mind open, but I won't be surprised if it's another hoax or something.
I don't know but "Shadow of Boston" sounds like a really stupid fucking name, especially considering the recent release of "Shadow of Mordor" and the other post-apocalypse franchise S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadows of Chernobyl. Anyways, can anyone recommend good quest mods for Fallout 3? I am bored of redoing the same vanilla ones over and over again.
Mothership Zeta Crew.
honestly I found it to be entertaining despite mediocre voice acting
honestly I found it to be entertaining despite mediocre voice acting
I just wished wished it was a little more Fallout, a little less tacticool with inexplicable Warhammer 40k and Starcraft running around. I actually downloaded a mod that replaced one of the enemies with xenomorphs because that felt more lore friendly. As a raygun fetishist, I dream of raising an army of men in combination power armor/latex and glass dome space suits, wielding alien weaponry as we plow through rampaging robots and super mutants. There WAS a mod that was making it a little more 50s, but I don't know what's happened to it, largely because I got distracted from my Fallout 3 playthrough with MZC so I haven't had a reason to check or remember what it was called. edit: the mod is finished but currently not being maintained, still highly recommend it though if you're getting mothership zeta crew that goddamn blond guy http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/19158/?tab=3&selected_game=120&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Ffallout3%2Fajax%2Fmodimages%2F%3Fid%3D19158%26user%3D1%26gid%3D120&pUp=1

The slaves are talking about the Burned Man again.
The slaves are talking about the Burned Man again.
The new slave girls are quite beautiful.
Wow, Alton, IL is a very flaccid mod for all the pomp on the FO3 nexus :v: Like straight up, terrible voice acting and writing at the start, explosions during the plane crash that can kill you even though it's supposed to be scripted that you somehow survived, meeting a character who sounds bored and drunk, and being led by the nose for a bit, only to be let loose in an empty feeling world. Even the first town is empty, I've meet 3 non interactable NPCs, a Bartender who while looking like a badass sounds like the bored monotone kid that wants to be a badass, a guard with odd acting, and the only fucking vendor in town.
so i just reinstalled FONV on steam and suddenly i can't launch it at all the launching game window just opens up, closes, and opens again, repeating ad nauseum looking on google but not finding much, any advice? edit nevermind, just had to restart steam
The new slave girls are quite beautiful.
RETRIBUTION
Are there any mods out there that let you start the DLC quests regardless of if you have companions? Veronica died in Fortification Hill and the game thinks she's not dismissed. Not even the companion dismissal terminal helps.
You could try resurrecting her, moving her to you, and then dismissing her, and then promptly killing her again in console
Resurrecting her makes her get totally deleted from the game for some reason. She just disappears. Guess I'll have to start anew.
