Fallout Series Thread V14: When i entered this thread i was hoping there would be more gambling - Games

sucks most of my achievements on steam didn't count, I've only had 3 achievements on steam work. Kick in the head, craft 20 items, and reach level 20. I didn't get the level 10 achievement. :(

I kind of want to do a one-weapon run. Just That Gun the entire time. See how it goes.

It's doable with any high-tier weapon, actually. Around level 25-30 I settle into a loadout where I only carry 2-3 weapons at most, and of those, only one gets used 80% of the time. Only reason I wait that long is ammo supply, it usually takes longer to get a steady supply than it does to actually acquire the boomsticks and max out related skills. If you steal, scrounge, buy and craft every last bullet you can you could easily enough supply them from day one. Especially energy weapons, since any batteries you find can be transformed back and forth freely.

What's a cool character to build in FONV? I've made like 30 guns characters and want to do something different. Maybe with some cool mods because all of the mods I have right now make me really want to just pick up guns and use them.

Melee and explosives character sounds fun. What're some good mods that add some nice melee weapons? I have PN, and the Arsenal but that's about it when it comes to mods that add weapon shit.

Yeah, I really hated how EASY fallout new vegas was in gambling if you just went to the 21. Might be the game type though.

Idk about you guys but I never ever used NPC repair services because of how fucking expensive they were. In New Vegas it can cost more than what the weapon is even worth.

so ive gotten to the point where im pretty happy with daytime. that light blue streak across the middle of the sky im not sure what causes it (i think its caused by how the game engine or whatever mixes the color gradients that make up the sky) but the only way to get rid of it is to hide it by making the horizon very very light, almost white like in the original game, but i dont like that and the light blue part is a fairly minor thing and not that noticiable when yer running around the game and whatnot so im not too torn up about it. besides, once im done, i'm going to give making an enb preset a go again and that should completely negate that anyway. there also shouldnt be any more blow out yellow bloomy skin anywhere anymore.
