PN on its own works pretty much perfectly with TTW, but I have no idea how invasive FOOK is (probably very)
I still have no idea how the STALKER thread has been going on for this long
the last game in the STALKER series was in 2010. The last Fallout game was released in 2010 (?). Mods can keep people preoccupied for many years.
Shit, maybe I should've [sp]asked King for the passport inside the Strip[/sp] instead of [sp]buying one from Ralph[/sp]
[sp]speech check with securitron gets you free entrance provided you have high enough science and robotics perks[/sp]
[sp]It's also free to do the 2,000 cap check.[/sp]
[sp]speech check with securitron gets you free entrance provided you have high enough science and robotics perks[/sp]
Seen it, not enough Science skill, I was 34 back then.
iirc they don't actually take the 2000 caps, its just to see if you have any money TO gamble.
I always thought they took ur money until I was told otherwise a few months ago :(

Little problem regarding Cass and her quest, she wants me to [sp]find the evidence regarding Van Graff and Crimson Caravan about the massacre of other smaller caravans. I got the letter from Crimson Caravan, but if I go and crack the safe in Silver Rush, I'm dead.[/sp]Any ideas?[sp]If I lead Cass in there, Baptiste will kill her to tie up loose ends.[/sp]

Alternatively, you could get a Stealth Boy and steal the evidence(you should be able to tell Cass to stay outside). I find it much more profitable and satisfying to do the former though.[/sp]

The picture will be clear to Cass; the Crimson Caravan Company and Silver Rush are colluding to eliminate competition for the caravan business. You can intervene in Cass's rash decisions and offer a more peaceful solution, or agree and aid her in killing both of them Crimson Caravan main office The evidence required to prove Crimson Caravan's reasons for attacking is located in a safe in the main office, next to Alice McLafferty's desk. It can be unlocked in two possible ways: Having a Lockpick skill of 50. Unlocking the safe with McLafferty's safe key. It can be acquired by pickpocketing her. Once the incriminating note has been obtained, talk to Cass and show her the evidence. Silver Rush The evidence required to prove the Van Graffs' true motives is located in a safe behind a locked door inside the store. There are two ways to open the door: Unlocking it with a Lockpick skill of 75. Using a key to unlock it, which is carried by all of the Van Graff members (except for the crier). The safe can also be opened in two ways: Unlocking it with a Lockpick skill of 75. Disengaging the lock by hacking the terminal near it with a Science skill of 75. Again, once the evidence has been obtained, talk to Cass and show her the evidence. Cass's Calm Heart Once the two pieces of evidence have been obtained, Cass will suggest taking it to Ranger Jackson. The evidence will be passed on to NCR higher-ups, determining the fate of the two companies. The quest will end once you talk to Cass. You will receive the Calm Heart perk, which grants her an additional 50 HP. You will also receive 650 Experience Points.[/sp]
Lockpick of 75? I guess that'll have to wait.
Lockpick of 75? I guess that'll have to wait.
just go in a blast their heads off, then you can take your pick of energry weapons
Nah, drag everything into the bathroom to steal it, it's only theft if they see you add it to your inventory.
actually, do that, and then go clear out the Silver Rush. all the energy weapon you could ever want!
Remember to kill Jean-Baptist first as quickly as possible because a few seconds into combat, he'll inject himself with either Psycho or Med-X. Also stuff yourself with a lot of food so that you can regenerate health like crazy in combat if you're not playing in HC mode. Also remember to inject yourself with every type of combat benefit drug there is like Buffout, Psycho, Med-X, Jet, Rebound, Turbo, etc. And wear armor with a lot of DT. You're going to need a sharp edge for this. Also, son of a bitch. [T]http://cloud-4.steamusercontent.com/ugc/538510267315190534/CCE628D532A1F400FA8A5447E9FE95AE21FDA98C/[/T]

i went to black mountain, met a horrifying monster named 'Moe' (he's not moe at all) by the ditch went to the top of the mountain by jumping through the rocks, while gannon obliterates every super mutant he sees just to approach me [sp]also i killed tabitha, must be that speech check[/sp]
So I got Boone as a companion. He died two minutes later as he rushed into three Legion Centurions with his hunting rifle and proceeded to try to shoot his own knees off. A+ AI.
Is there a mod that removes the gambling winning limits?
Obsidian or Bethesda should have had hired an economist and tried to model a economy as close to reality inside the game. Or add more stories with that kind of topic. Because damn, it would pay off so much and there are so many interesting situations (monopolies, oligopolies, cartels, demand and offer shocks, etc etc)
He died two minutes later as he rushed into three Legion Centurions with his hunting rifle and proceeded to try to shoot his own knees off.
Boone later on is the ultimate killing machine. Just give him a high powered gun with high crit chance and you will notice that as soon as you detect an enemy, his (the enemy's) head will fall from his shoulders in no less than 0.5 secs
Remember, if it isn't dead in 20 rounds you probably shouldn't be shooting at it. [editline]2nd January 2015[/editline] There WAS a battalion of Powder Gangers in there. [t]http://cloud-4.steamusercontent.com/ugc/538510267326585890/9543D89D77BC4BB72F236E1DCB411FC913B4071A/[/t]
Right, I've started a new game because of an update to a mod I'm using wasn't working unless I made a new save, so I have, and I've got to Novac. I want to get on with the main quest, but I can't be bothered with going through Come Fly With Me again, especially with all the shit you have to deal with during that quest. Is it possible to just go in and kill the ghouls and leave?

I just really, really hate doing the whole basement bit when you're asked to clean out the 'pests', shall we say (Sorry, can't remember how to do the spoiler tags, so I'm being vague.) How much XP do you get from the quest?
I'm constantly buying ammo and stuff in reserve as a 'just in case' sort of thing so I doubt I'd ever get enough money. :(
Just stack precious stuff like packs and cartons of cigarettes and repaired weapon and you'll become rich in no time.
