The amount of caps you get as reward from that is more than 2000, and thus your ticket into New Vegas proper.

If you have any stealth boys, use them and sneak past all the Nightkins into Davison's room. You must also have a relatively high Speech. Speak with him and then sneak your way to the door the ghoul sniper is trapped at. Davison wants a shipment order in the room the ghoul is in, but the ghoul sniper prevents them, and you, from entering inside. Complete the optional errand of finding his dead friend by pickpocketing the Nightkin Jail Guard, he wields the Incinerator and is usually in or near the jail chambers, and tell the ghoul sniper the news. You must do this before entering in the ghoul's territory or else he will become hostile. Once he is out of there, you can enter one of the terminals and check the logs. The Stealth Boys that were shipped there were sent back, and you must convince Davison that they are not here. Once convinced, Davison and the other Nightkin will leave, leaving you with a lot of stimpacks and ammunition to spare for your future travels.

Also, be sure to max out your speech and/or barter early. It will seriously give you an edge when the opportunity rises. Thought I'd give an ENB a try for something different but somehow fucked my game up. What's the most painless way to re-install while retaining my mods and saves? I've tried deleting the modified and added files from the ENB and verifying my game integrity but it didn't help.

Having Boone or Veronica as a follower makes the game boring. They kill everything within 5 seconds leaving little action for yourself

It's usually the first skill I get to 100, followed by any of Guns, Repair, or Medicine. Then I simply travelled to Boulder City and resolved my troubles there.:D

Well, now my game crashes when I try to enter the hanger with the merchant in Nellis AFB, time for more troubleshooting

I just updated the NVSE I think, because JIP companion mod needed the latest version, but now I'm crashing nearly every 5 minutes now. I'm not exactly sure what's going on.

I remember when I only had the 360 version of NV. I left the gate to Nellis AFB open one day and the mini-boomers decided to go for a stroll outside the base. I heard the artillery firing and lagging up my game so I went outside to see them whippersnappers calmly walking through the ruins. Then I died because i was standing too close to them. For four years now those fuckers have been braving friendly fire, bless their hearts
