Is there a mod to adjust the take all option? So I can press take all and auto take all the useful stuff?
Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for more idle voice chatter options.
Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for more idle voice chatter options.
I wish they added more than one line for the Fiends during combat. I swear they have more idle chatter lines that you hear when you go into Vault 3 when they're not hostile.
Not particularly. I actually prefer drinking cola out of bottles when I have the option and because of that I've got a small collection of bottle caps stashed away somewhere in a drawer. If I ever do some Fallout cosplay at one of those cons I might bring them with me so I can piss off the people at booths by trying to pay for merch with caps.
I have 267 bottlecaps. Whenever my siblings have a party they save the caps and give them to me because I collect them.
Do you need a fresh install for TTW?
I have 267 bottlecaps. Whenever my siblings have a party they save the caps and give them to me because I collect them.
I managed to collect about that many bottle caps from various sources, primarily coca cola. It's hard to get glass bottle coca cola anymore, there's only one store that i know of at all that sells it, and it's a gas station in the middle of town. Anyways, i had about that many caps, and my dad threw them away, i saved them in a bag, and he tossed them out. That being said, i have no fucking clue how the Lone Wanderer/Chosen One/Courier could carry 10K caps, let alone 100K. They're heavy.
Do you need a fresh install for TTW?
No. It just has to be a functional one. A fresh install wouldn't hurt but if both FO3 and FNV work okay...well, by Gamebryo standards anyway...then you don't need to. You also don't need to start a new game, either, existing couriers can take a trip back to DC via Union Station in Freeside to get things rolling in DC.
hey i found the problem causing my glitches. Apparently my Courier Stash decided to make 3 copies of itself in my Data folder.
Slowly taking as much loot (mostly from The Glow) as I can hold at a time off of Ian to exchange for caps or stims. Just about done. Game crashes. Welp. At least I only lost my bartering and nothing else.

Give me an hour and I can easily rack up over 500 caps, I'll go to my uncle's store and ask for caps.
I'm going to build a energy weapons guy for TTW. Any good mods for Fo3? I'm getting MMM, but anything else?
I'm going to build a energy weapons guy for TTW. Any good mods for Fo3? I'm getting MMM, but anything else?
Try Classic Fallout Weapons. I suggest the FONV edition for the ironsights, makes combat outside of VATS much more enticing.
I've got The Armory, I don't really want too much overlap since they seem to add similar guns. [editline]20th July 2013[/editline] Oh and what's the difference between project and combo? http://www.taleoftwowastelands.com/content/ttw-20-ttw-interiors-project-v23
I own Fallout 3 already but is the DLC worth $5?
I own Fallout 3 already but is the DLC worth $5?
If you want to have the option to play F3 in NV's engine (you prolly do), yeah, they are. If not, well, Point Lookout's got great atmosphere and you can get some great loot out of the other DLCs (especially if you use one particularly funny glitch Operation Anchorage has), so I'd say they still are. Finally, it's only 5 dollars, man! That's like, a cup of coffee from Starbucks. And I'd say that a heap of new content is worth more than that, even if the content in question turns out to be mediocre. So yeah, go buy them Downloadable Contents.
Just bought New Vegas: UE for PC (already played on XBOX without DLCs), what are some good and essential mods to install?
Just bought New Vegas: UE for PC (already played on XBOX without DLCs), what are some good and essential mods to install?
A LOT of people recommend Project Nevada. Fellout is also a good one. A lot of people get either classic fallout weapons or the armoury. A world of pain is also a good one if you like shooting at stuff

Anchorage sometimes feels likecheating. I almost always do that DLC on level 2 to get me some power armor and weapons. Even though I once glitched on level 2 into the citadel on the Xbox via a lot of jumps etc.
Oh man fallout 3 is fun with new vegas combat. Recommending a tale of two wastelands to anyone with both FO3 and NV. Also only way for me to play FO3 because it throws a hissy fit on W8 and doesn't start.
Anchorage sometimes feels likecheating
I played through Anchorage and Mothership Zeta so fast because I hated being in a shooting gallery and it got boring fast
So for major mods in F3 I looking at fook, fwe, and mmm. Some of those or incompatible with the others. Which would you recommend/are there any others that are better.
I don't know if I'm just stupid, but modding Fallout NV is incredibly confusing. What's a good mod manager to use? Why do I need to have an order on which mod loads and what do I use to automatically do the order for me?

All you really need to do is load .esms (master files) before .esps and you shouldn't have any problems.
I just found four red balls next to some fugly-looking guy named Johnny. I got the Wild Wasteland vibes from that. What does it exactly reference?
It's a reference to this.

Any idea how I can change my draw distance? I've been attempting to via the ini but I've had no luck. Why add snipers with scopes if I can see only 10m infront of me.
Except for supermutants in DC. That mod makes them super OP, even at levels like 15 and 20.
I like it tbh. They're super mutants god damnit, supposed to take a mag of 5.56 to the face before they die. Any way to remove the animation from the EVE sights btw? I love the sights, but I hate how they keep animating.
I'm going to build a energy weapons guy for TTW. Any good mods for Fo3? I'm getting MMM, but anything else?
If you've got Project Nevada installed a good weapons loadout is Auto-Gauss Pistol(Sidearm), Auto-Gauss Rifle(Main weapon, mod with accelerators and cooling units), and the Rail Cannon(Unique, acquire at Deathclaw Promontory).
