I found a cazador family for the first time Fuck those bitches and fuck their fucking poison Also, should I do all the dlcs before ending the game?
I like it tbh. They're super mutants god damnit, supposed to take a mag of 5.56 to the face before they die.
What's annoying is when they can shrug off an entire mag from properly high powered stuff, too. IT's a bit absurd that you don't get to ability to quickly drop the fuckers until you're slinging rifle rounds with over a hundred base damage per shot. [editline]20th July 2013[/editline]
Also, should I do all the dlcs before ending the game?
unless you've got a play-after-main-quest mod, yes, you should. The game just ends and boots you back to the main menu by default.
I found a cazador family for the first time Fuck those bitches and fuck their fucking poison Also, should I do all the dlcs before ending the game?
Considering the game ends right after the ending, I'd think so.
I need help being an evil bitch.
Wich dlc should I start first?
I need help being an evil bitch.
If you want to be evil, the only thing you can do, really, is side with the Legion. [editline]21st July 2013[/editline]
Wich dlc should I start first?
Any of them, so long as you do Lonesome Road last.
If you want to be evil, the only thing you can do, really, is side with the Legion.
No, that's not the kind of evil I'm looking for. More of an uncaring mercenarial/kleptomaniac kind.
Go with yes man [editline]20th July 2013[/editline] And then kill him
I'm talking day-to-day evils not the main quest.
Started owb because looks the most interesting and its for my level
Not particularly. I actually prefer drinking cola out of bottles when I have the option and because of that I've got a small collection of bottle caps stashed away somewhere in a drawer. If I ever do some Fallout cosplay at one of those cons I might bring them with me so I can piss off the people at booths by trying to pay for merch with caps.
Glad I'm not the only one who collects caps.
Are the leveling rates for XP the same In FO3 as in NV?
Should I buy NV on its own, or with all the DLC? Well i should be asking, should I get NV or Fallout 3?
I love the protonic axe
I'm talking day-to-day evils not the main quest.
If you're playing Fo3/TTW, you can walk up to the beggars, get all your water, AND DRINK THOSE FUCKERS. Then stare them right in the eye and leave.
I think there should have been an Enclave story DLC or given more importance to them. In my opinion, they're the most interesting and intriguing faction of the Fallout lore.
Should I buy NV on its own, or with all the DLC? Well i should be asking, should I get NV or Fallout 3?
You should get all the DLCs and both games too if you can, but if not, then i would go with NV.
You should get all the DLCs and both games too if you can, but if not, then i would go with NV.
Thanks a bunch.

The Enclave on the East Coast was totally wiped out by the Lone Wanderer and the BoS. And the Enclave on the West Coast was destroyed years before. The only place where the Enclave might still remain is near Chicago, according to EDI.
Any of them, so long as you do Lonesome Road last.
Why do LR last? I usually do it first,[sp]and before I confront Benny. Postponing confronting Benny means postponing receiving Caeser's Mark and the invitation from Crocker, which means I can piss the NCR and Legion off with those ICBMs and then get back onto good terms with them afterward.[/sp]
Speaking of Fallout 3, for all it's faults, the concept artist did an awesome work designing assets. They're almost too good for that game.
Why do LR last? I usually do it first,[sp]and before I confront Benny. The previous DLCs all point to it and their morals about innocence and survival, letting go of the past and your need for control, and roboscorpions all come up in Lonesome Road.
I've played through them all about 4 or 5 times by this point. :v:
Yeah but for a first playthrough or for roleplaying I recommend Honest Hearts -> Dead Money -> Old World Blues -> Lonesome Road. I know Dead Money came out first but Honest Hearts is the most separate of the DLC, and you get to meet Joshua Graham.
Anchorage particularly funny glitch?
You can use a combination of exploits to get all the weapon sets possible, and then take them out of the simulation, effectively willing them into existence. Oh, and they have (almost) infinite health. Bye bye weapon maintenance!
Would it be ethical to spawn in the Cleasing Flame, Sprtel-Wood 9700, and Smitty Special in because I got a glitch where the Vendortron doesn't sell them, and Gloria is dead in my Fallout universe
By the time New Vegas takes place the Enclave is almost all but destroyed. The Enclave on the East Coast was totally wiped out by the Lone Wanderer and the BoS. I always thought that they might have a base or two in Alaska, since there are lots of military installations left from the war up there. Then again, those would be prime target for Chinese bombs so maybe not. If you ask me, there needs to finally be a new villain. Caesar's Legion was a great addition. I am glad to see the original Van Buren designs being given more credit. However, I never got the feeling that the Legion could win. In Fallout, the mutants were bigger, stronger, and had natural body armor for skin. The human factions were easily outmatched. In 2 and 3, the Enclave had a vast supply of maintained equipment and weapons as well as superior tech. But in New Vegas, the NCR was going to win. Hell, Easy Pete, one of the first characters you talk too says he thinks they will win. The fact that the Legion is melee based against lots of NCR guns doesn't help. I just never felt like the world was ever threatened by the Legion. Personally, I think it is time for a new setting. Still in America, mind you, but somewhere less dreary that hasn't been seen yet. I vote for my home region, the Midwest. Maybe a remake/reboot of Tactics but with lots of retcons. Also, I just tried Project Brazil. Am I the only one who was disappointed? The whole damn intro in the Vault felt like a shitty 80s coming of age movie with the stereotyped nerds and jocks and all the references to rock from the 80s (Seriously, nobody should mention fucking David Bowie in a Fallout game). Plus all the girl characters used shitty hair models pulled from the Nexus in a shameful attempt to make them look "hot". I am sure it gets better but I don't feel like slogging through that horrible intro in the Vault.
If you're playing Fo3/TTW, you can walk up to the beggars, get all your water, AND DRINK THOSE FUCKERS. Then stare them right in the eye and leave.
They don't even drink the water. They're just karma vending machines.

I have been getting crashes recently on loading new levels after door/fast travel usage, would using FNVedit master update solve this?
