i spent way too long making this

I saw the mods in the OP but I wasn't sure if it's what I'm looking for. I bought Fallout 1 and 2 on steam because I wanted to log some Steam hours on those games. I remember there being issues with FO1 and 2 on Windows 7, and I was wondering if any mods are compatible with Steam. Sorry in advance if the answer is in the OP, I checked but this stuff is like a second language to me.
Playing Fallout New Vegas with a lot of mods, worked wonders. Made one tiny mod to a weapons stats and placed it in game, it keeps crashing... even with said custom mod disabled.
EDIT
May be because of all the compatibility shit Mission Mojave requires. No idea why it took until I reached Primm to crash, more precisely until I got into the Bison Steve, modded in an OP switchblade to the Sheriff's house, got it, went back to the Bison Steve and tried to fight the convicts in the last room before Beagle. Bloody mindfuck of the highest order.
About few weeks ago I downloaded Mission Mojave and it fucked up Project Nevada completely, even with all of the necessary compatibility patches.
well screw that heap of shit

Pretty sure the Steam versions of the games are just the regular versions plopped into wherever you keep your Steam library, don't see why would they modify them. So just get high resolution patches for 1 and 2 and you'll be golden.

Also, that. New Vegas doesn't really need an unofficial patch at all, plus Mission Mojave has really shit documentation from what I remember (and has the infamous Trauma Harness "fix" too). Basically, fuck Mission Mojave.
So I'm having mouse acceleration issues but the fix for the FalloutPrefs.ini doesn't work. I've checked that steam isn't overwriting it.
I like this song.
fForegroundMouseMult=4.0 - This variable controls the level of mouse acceleration in 2D interfaces such as in-game menus. Lowering the value of this variable will reduce mouse acceleration, while raising it will increase acceleration. It doesn't exist by default, so it needs to be inserted under the [controls] section of the Fallout.ini file. Better yet, if you want to remove all traces of mouse acceleration, copy and paste the following four lines under the [controls] section of Fallout.ini:
fForegroundMouseAccelBase=0
fForegroundMouseAccelTop=0
fForegroundMouseBase=0
fForegroundMouseMult=0

Is there any armor HD re-texture for New Vegas?
Some armor really look terrible up close...

Man, this music is so eerie.
Everytime I was away from the strip at night it would play, where all the lands were only occupied with raiders and savage animals.
Then again, I only have the soundtrack play when I take the game more seriously.

Only scrubs don't remember.
Do the Nightstalkers have laser teeth that cut through metal with ease or something? Because, even when wearing T51b Power Armor, the little toenickers take about 1/4 of my health away in one strike, and they take a lot of punishment too, gotta use the Avenger Minigun on them. Is it because I set the difficulty to Very Hard?

Yes. At normal I can take them down with basic weapons at early levels.
While we're on the topic of Fallout music, I'm rather surprised the track for New Reno was not played anywhere, at least not in my experience. It would have been perfect for the more run-down areas of Vegas like Freeside and Westside.

Is there any possible way for me to have an independent Vegas and not have the NCR bust my balls?
