Though like all Gamebryo games it is pretty buggy. Well worth €5 for the Ultimate Edition.

Personally, I think Fallout 3 presents itself to newcomers better than New Vegas. Not saying NV is worse or it's not worth it. It's a total steal for $5.

It doesn't have the same vastness in terms of scale that Fallout 3 had but according to most it captures the feel of the older games better than Fallout 3 did and generally more variety to it.

Well shit. There seems to be no way to get the Great Khans to side with the NCR. I could complete the "Oh My Papa" quest, but that would involve going to Quarry Junction to find Melissa, which is suicide. I could just wipe out all of the Khans, but I don't want to do that. I could also just assassinate Papa Khan, but I can't do it quietly, and it still makes the Khans attack me anyway. Basically I don't seem to have any options.

That or get a silenced sniper and shoot him in the face while using a stealth boy. Thank god for dumb unobservant AI.

I want to watch someone stream Dead Money who believes it's hard. I seriously don't get the problems people have.

so I just got Fallout 3 goty edition, but it's not launching when I click play on steam. help? it gave me a product key but i don't see where to enter it. the launcher comes up, i click play, nothing happens. [editline]l[/editline] nevermind, I fixed it. however, there's this annoying outline of the game with a bar at the top that says "Fallout 3". How do I get rid of it?

Is it just me or did TTW make super mutants super hard to kill? I have to quicksave every single second to kill a brute, if I see a master I better get some sneak crits or I'm done. They're like bullet sponges and it takes like 5 mags per brute to kill.

Fuck it, I just wiped out all of the Khans because I'm sick of them. It removed a lot of annoying quests and nobody misses them. :sa-v:

Apparently Fallout 3 GOTY is royally fucked, because everyone including me is having problems after buying it during its sale. First, it was the game not even running. Apparently, I had to install GFWL and that fixed it. The issue now is the game freezes at the point where the two guards attack you after you open the Vault door. This is getting rather frustrating. Can someone help? [editline]l[/editline] Once again, nevermind. I just installed a fuckton of fixes and whatnot, and it's running smoothly. However, there's still that stupid bar on the top of the screen that says FALLOUT3, how do I get rid of that?

I think my copy of Fallout 2 is broken, i have a fairly average character, with a decent level in barter, and investing in luck and intelligence. I have the traits "gifted" and "finesse". I've maybe gotten 3-4 criticals since i've started playing, stimpaks are $375, it's next to impossible to move between towns as well, since i keep running into raiders, and they all seem to have SMGs and shotguns, while i have a shotgun i stole from the slavers.
