They probably won't release a skin for him until he gets his rework. We heard about TF's Halloween skin several weeks before his rework. Next thing you know TF got his rework and the Halloween skin got released a while after.
They should have a low priority queue like Dota 2. I think it works pretty well there, might work well in LoL too.
i wish riot themselves would make a PSA on what exactly a negative player is and how their actions are likely to make your own team perform worse, AFAIK a lot of people aren't aware or just very close-minded when it comes to someone making mistakes on the team. I used to be pretty hard on my own teammates until i stumbled upon gbay99 and realized im not really better than everyone else .. js the little tips on the loading screen like "Negative behaviour is whatever % more likely to result in a loss" doesn't reach out to most people.

Personally I find his kit to be fucking amazing for jungle, his passive pretty much makes him have a 24/7 red buff and his ult can make you give support to two lanes at once, or use it on the lane youre ganking to secure a kill that might otherwise get away. Your e makes getting around so easy and the dmg boost it gives to your allies when you intiate a lane gank is fucking great.
I just feel like I get so much more shit done as a jungle gangplank compared to a top one.
