i'm not just saying that because he hard counters swain
he's okay. his lategame isn't necessarily gamechanging, but his poke is great so with the right team comp he's useful. he has no sustain at all, though, and he's squishy and slow.

takes a long time to get used to dumb people in lol, and you also gotta know how to successfully deal with them to win... played a game with a tf who had no idea how to play him, always locked the wrong cards, was 0/4, then he managed to steal a bunch of kills, only damage he did on all the three kills he got was with a blue card :P

Vlad is still good, not as good as he was in S2 but he's ok (I prefer to play him mid because theres a few matchups in top he can actually win, meanwhile mid he usually pisses off everyone on the enemy team)

I'm not sure but you can actually pool before the damage effect applies, the effect is only applied once Zed reappears

He isn't that good until lvl9 unless you let him harass you with Q. Sure he can troll pool but that costs quite a bit of HP.
Assassins are good against him. Shut him down before he gets big.
