Trying out talon because hes free, hes great for diving the other teams squishies and 2 hitting them. Have no idea what to build on him yet so i was just going for reccomendeds, anyone play talon a lot who knows what to build him like?
I don't play Vlad (at all), but from what I've seen you should basically just treat it like Black Shield. Save it for when it really counts.

When I first played Vlad, all I read was that his pool had a 40% slow attached.

Black Cleaver + Lastwisper + moblity boots + 3x Bloodthrister. (or 2 and a ga)
Don't build things like hexdrinker, especially not early game.
Early: Boots + Brutelizer
Then if the enemy mid is stacking armor build in to a Black cleaver, else get a BT.
Then consider getting a LW/BC(if you din't have it yet) and continue stacking Blood thirsters.
tdlr: Stack blood thirsters, enemy has armor?, stack armorpen.

Thats actually pretty much what i was doing, he gets so much health back from Qing things late game its crazy

ap gives you bonus damage towards towers
from my experience in bronze, being able to carry is good. and you can theoretically do that anywhere (except maybe as a support). That being said, towers win games, and AD carries can burn down towers much faster than AP carries.
that win/lose bit was in response to what he said about mid being solo and bot depending on your support. yes, mid lanes tend to be easier to stomp, but you won't necessarily be able to grab towers as easily. bot lane, in contrast, might be a bit harder to stomp, but once you get kills and get stuff you'll be able to push and grab towers much easier.
Damage to a turret is based on your base attack damage plus the higher of your bonus attack damage or 40% of your ability power
ap carries can take down towers real fast too, especially with lich bane

its been like this for a year and a half or something.
First pick tryhard(aka not trolling) Teemos are the scariest motherfuckers I've encountered in ranked.
They always end up dealing shitload of damage and just outplaying everyone.
I'm not one of them.

Renekton will wreck him too. His early game is meh but he's a splitpush machine later on. There's not much you can do really. He's going to lose a lane versus a bruiser but unless your team is coordinated it can get rough. Something like a Shen could work because it's just going to be a 1 minute slugfest with you being able to TP. In teamfights trynda is just going to blow up anyway.
once they rework fiora so she can riposte status effects she'll beat the shit out of teemo
until then she still sort of does but it's not a good reason to pick her. for now yeah probably renekton is smart.
best way to counter teemo is to pick someone with heavy cc and blow him up whenever you can. usually i go swain (surprise) if they send teemo top. usually i win that lane, he can't do much against EQ spam. Does more damage than he can do, plus I have natural sustain and he doesn't.
