I remember facing a Karthus who maxed out his CDR and built tanky. It wasn't all too effective, but it was kind of amusing trying to dodge all those skittles because he would place a new one 0.1 seconds after it would detonate.

Also what were his old abilities? I can't remember.

you dont get enough experience to be useful, you just go to a lane to gank and die because youre underlevelled as fuck

it only works if you have a very very solid 1v2 champion and you get a massive lead out of the roamer's ganks
