I think dyrus used to do it (A long time ago) but singed isn't played much in ranked now anyway.
Elder Lizard really has it rough with patches. Although it's justified I guess.

Pros farm behind towers (usually the first tower) all the time, but no one at Platinum/Diamond would ever farm at the Nexus. It's mostly a tactic for wrecking Bronze/Silver League

Vladimir goes and get him -> Loses Farm + Damages Tower
Ezreal goes and get him -> Loses lane presence / Allows Oriana + Jungle to 4man botlane / Loses tower
Jungler was bot.
On top of that 1 would probably not be enough to get him.

Because atm it gives 3k worth of stats on the item, but also has 2 passives.

Gauntlet keeps sheen's passive kinda, it turns the passive into not as much extra damage and an AoE slow.

His ult got nerfed so it would stick less. But besides that his kit is pretty solid, I guess how finicky his ult is really matters.

I still pick him. I think people overreacted to his ult nerfs. It does need to be reverted, but it doesn't ruin the whole champion. Just time it well when someone is out of position and it's a free kill. He also needs a farm buff, as his clear is quite slow, but he is still very solid.
