Give him three turrets again
Give him a passive that doesn't blow
Give him better ratios

A lot of mids can out range and out damage you with abilities they can actually target while you wait for minions to die
Maybe make his grenade more reliable too???

it's actually constantly going at the same tempo from when you put the first point in the skill till the end of the game, so it's not ALWAYS blue red gold. you could start off on a red card instead of a blue, or a gold card instead of either. :eng101:

I usually go BT+PD 90% of the time, and most diamond builds suggest that you don't build botrk, at all, even in full core build.

You either go:
BT then PD on ADC with good AD scalings e.g. Graves
or
Vamp scepter then IE for autoattackers e.g. Trist
And after PD, Last Whisper etc. you either make BOTRK or BT from that vamp scepter late game
But rushing BOTRK or BT is ok on Vayne because she really needs that sustain. Imo I'd rather but BT because it's more cost efficient.

Yeah he needs some tweaks, I like playing Heimerdinger but sometimes I feel so useless because you can't aim shit. I pop my turrets, rockets, this, that, but in the end I cna't actually decide what any of this shit attacks so I just watch as my rockets go collide with the 3 closest minions and my turrets just shoot everywhere but at the champions.
In teamfights especially, I felt especially useless with Heimerdinger, I just popped all my shit, hoped for the best that no minions would be close and then die.
