how the fuck is making the only viable playstyle stacking mana like fucking ryze a good thing at all? how the fuck does that fit in to a long range mage sniper with cooldowns that are getting higher? if my cooldowns are fucking higher, why would it matter how much fucking time i have in my ult? enough time to root myself and use two spells before i'm totally out of fucking mana? seriously what the fuck i'm in rage
ok so you're going to need cooldown in the future to make him viable at fucking all which was unnecessary before and you're going to have to stack mana to use your passive and your ult, which was unnecessary before, which totally removes your ability to get any extra magic penetration against mr heavy tanks
perfect he deals damage less consistently and needs four different types of items for team fights
also it totally makes sense that a champion with naturally high cooldowns would build maximum mana and not mana regen durrr
and there are so many fucking ap/mana items! oh wait, just one, which doesn't synergize at fucking all with a high cooldown mage

I really don't understand why they're changing Xerath. He was perfectly viable and perfectly balanced.
But no, because he's not played enough he gets changed, not because he's actually weak or anything else. It's quite stupid.

improving his augmentations, it taking up a slot endgame really puts you back compared other ap carries
global ult bros making plays all day
i'm not sure how cost efficient they are either but 1000 gold for the stats they give doesnt seem too great

I actually switched Frozen Mallet with Trinity Force, and HOLY SHIT did I see a huge difference. It helps out so much better than Frozen Mallet ever had. And yes, I don't use Wit's End anymore.
