Having 1000 ping in a game is so interesting, it makes you metagame everything you do.
The worst kind of lag is when it shows your ping as fine but every so often people stop moving and things glide into place.
My ping randomly hops up to 500 then goes back to normal pretty frequently now, usually during the laning phase.
Best way to fix that is to restart your router before and after every game. It sucks but it's worth it.

my favorite kind of lag is when a teamfight starts and everyone's healthbar disappears and everyone slides around without animations and you can tell their Annie is low because she's sliding away from you so you mash Q on her as many times as you can
and ten seconds later everyone rockets into place and the announcer spams a dozen kill messages on your screen and you were on the other side of the map for the whole thing

that's a terrible idea. what happens when the jungler needs to cover a lane for a bit? If that balance shifts, he's fucked.
If they want us to not buy them, make the alternatives more appealing. Like I get Spec Wraith because it gives me mp/5, ap, cdr, and spellvamp, plus lets me take down drag/blue faster. Even if I DID go something like wota (which is the only option for swain, really), it's not worth the extra 30 AP to lose the cdr/mp5/damage bonus.
80% was just high-balling

on that note, in regards to swain
smarter to grab spec wraith for the extra lifesteal, or spirit visage instead? Usually I go full glass cannon because full glass cannon swain is still tanky as all hell so usually i just depend on my ult lifesteal to fill me up. the lifesteal from liandry's (even with the rylai bonus) won't be that much, so it's either add lifesteal to my other abilities (all of which are dots) or buff up my ult sustain as much as physically possible. (also i guess spirit visage grants some mres, so there's that)
Spirit Visage also grants some nice cooldown reduction too, so there's that too
Well, Swain's Ult would get less benefit from Spellvamp because of it's AoE nature. If you're wanting to survive and specifically are depending on the spellvamp from his ult, then you'd benefit more from Spirit Visage.
Is is it just me, or is this game freakishly boring at low levels and or with no team of your own? It becomes completely obvious that you are going to lose before the actual end of the game even remotely takes place, and you just run around bored, waiting for it to be over.

i've never built either of those items as Swain
Why did you use glass cannon and tanky as all hell in one sentence?
Swain's sustain isn't infinite and people can always ignite you.
I don't know if I could characterize any build with a ROA, Rylai's, and Seeker's Armguard as full glass cannon. It's sort of inherently tanky, right?

Yeah, I'd say +1150 health and +45 armor is tanky enough not to be considered a glass cannon build.
