Yeah.. Which is why I also hate the trend of having last pick go support like 70% of the time, especially since the last pick says he doesn't know how to support 80% of the time.
A good support can make the ADC basically AFK in lane and still have the lane won, while a bad ADC can make a good ADC have a very hard time in lane.. :/

I honestly find Fizz more annoying than Teemo, but both make me want to bash my keyboard against my desk.
I haven't seen a good Teemo in ages. All the ones I've run across are the ones that just end up feeding.
Any time I see a Teemo on my team, it's usually because they didn't get the role they wanted, so they decide to troll the team by picking Teemo, the champion that -according to them at least- can do any role.
Support? Teemo's got your back by stealing your ADCs farm.
Mid lane? Teemo's got your back, feeding the enemy Katarina.
Top Lane? Teemo's got your back, he'll never show up to teamfights, but at least he got the first top tower down, right?
Jungle? Teemo doesn't have your back, he decided to duo with top lane.
ADC? Teemo's got your back, making the enemy team laugh at your mediocre AD carry, oh wait, he decided to go AP Teemo.
Most people playing Teemo that I get matched up with are arrogant and will pick fights with anyone who questions what they're doing.
In conclusion, I hate Teemo.
God dammit, I'm in Bronze 2 right now. Had a guy who refused to help in teamfights, and one other game where I had the worst Lee Sin ulter xD. To be fair, the enemy team also had an Alistar who was doing the same thing, pushing people to safety.
