It already has a slow, so the slow from the Rylai's wouldn't be as effective.

It's spammable so why would it be stupid, you don't want to rely on the high cooldown slows/snares that you have
Would be neat if Rylai's proccing on her W & E procced her passive, but it doesn't. You're better off getting CDR, imo.

Her Q lasts the same amount of time as Rylai's slow, and is only 7% less effective

Against Lissandra, I meant. Her absurd amount of slows worries me. Most adcs seem to be taking cleanse now, I'm wondering if mids are going to start grabbing it too.

Shouldnt have played Lissandra in ranked so fast, ended up feeding a bit. Our jungler wasnt good though, he was a real ignorant prick. He wouldnt give me any blues or anything, even in the beginning where I was doing fine. He wouldnt gank properly either, he was playing too safe. He would use his Rupture then run :/ he continued throwing dumb insults at me. Gotta practise Lissandra, gotta learn to mute ignorant people.
