Yeah, those do happen.
But if they happen often enough to make you unable to buy champions or runes, then you got another issue to solve first.
First leave in a week could be like 500 IP punishment, second 1000, third 2500 etc.
One leave would be annoying (if unintentional) but nothing major.

But it's still punishing people for something unavoidable which would probably stir up a lot of shit and discourage newer players with less robust internet. You only get around 90IP for a game so 500IP is still a lot for casual players.

I think Riot need to treat people who treat others like shit with extreme prejudice, the fact that my friend who named himself "Fuher Hitlet" (Based on a typo) got a mute and then a permaban whereas according to a lot of the 'Tribunal cases of the weak' people who buy 6 boots, flame everyone either get off with a warning or short ban simply because they only did it once or twice.

If you treat someone like that even once, without any real provocation you should at the very least get a few weeks ban.

I mean there is a friend from school who was stuck in Silver, until another classmate started playing with him and then he got into Gold. When we joked about it, he removed everyone that was joking about it from his friend list. Whenever he starts feeding he goes "trolling XD". A lot of CC and jungle gank. You'll most likely need a gank twice because he's just gonna use ghost/ult for the first time

My favorite pick against him is Nasus. Free farming, easy safe freezing because of passive and wither counters his escape when the jungler comes

Improve? There was a certain person in our class who just started playing league. He went 1/12 something as Elise, and he was laughing about it nearly everytime he saw that person. + he created a page on facebook to laugh even more about him.

That's the counter to her spears. Only try and land spears when there's an opening, sometimes it's worth it to briefly go into the side of the lane and hit them from a different and unexpected angle.

i was pretty confused on how it worked as well, i tried it out and a few games later I understood and got the hang of it.

Basically,it's like normal click, but if you come in to attack range of any hostile target, you'll start walking and automatically attack them instead.
