Liandrys, Rylais for both tankiness and damage. Zhonyas, Randuins, Warmogs can work. Either mobility boots so you can zoom around or sorc shoes for damage. Mercury treads are great vs CC. and ninja tabi can work as well.

I mean yeah, hes not very good at anything he plays, and I wouldnt doubt that he was rank boosted to the places he got to in different games (it was obvious in D3), but he is pretty entertaining and overall fun to watch, so I dont really see peoples problem with him
