Athene exploited the ranked system to get to diamond, he goes into duo quene and has his duo partner dodge if he can't play mid Ryze
Since only the duo partner gets the dodge penalty he just has a bunch of people he duos with.

I remember Riot saying that they were going to deal with people exploiting/boosting to get to Diamond V and possibly punishing them or dropping them. As soon as that's implemented he'll probably drop immensely (if he isn't banned again)
So I started ranked, I had previously played 2 ranked games before thinking it was just normal draft with a friend and lost both (had to support it sucked). As soon as I got in the lobby people 2 people were arguing over mid and I forgot how toxic some people could be. Nevertheless the enemy team was god like awful and we crushed them. I am worried I will get some of the people I faced. I forgot how bad some people can be, attitude included.

If you are low, the chances of getting the people you faced are very slim, and are reduced to almost nothing if you wait a min or two after queueing again.

You should really just focus on not dying and staying in XP range, then do kassadin things atm you hit level 6.

Is Udyr as a champ good? I REALLY want primal Udyr just because of how it looks/works but I'm afraid of investing in a weak champ.

the ultimate skin miiiiiight be for udyr, so you may wanna hold on buying primal just because of that reason.
A good udyr is terrifying, a bad udyr is easy kills. He's quite strong now but he takes some getting used to

Well I don't think I'd have the money for it anyways. I main adc, so if I was gonna sink THAT much money on a skin, I'd go all out for Pulsefire Ez :v:
Yeah Udyr LOOKS strong and I've seen strong Udyrs but I'm used to playing Diana jungle. Tanky, assassin who just jumps onto you and sticks until you're dead.
She has a pull and gap closer to make sure you don't escape.
But Udyr kinda seems like he just runs out of the jungle and makes you pop your summoner spells.
udyr gets worse and worse as new champions with billions of escapes and gap closers get released
its really sad how useless he is due to him being pure melee, kinda makes up for the ridiculous amount of free stats he gets
